Café Coffee Day — Restaurant in Mumbai

Hey there. So I am visiting this place the second time. Every evening around 8pm, there is this girl who comes there to smoke and sit. There is a sofa sitting outside. I believe ccd help furry friends stay warm during winters and dry during the rains. One of the cute dogs sleeps on that sofa during these weather conditions. This girl, while that dog is sleeping there, makes sure to sit on him and wake him up and makes him get lost. I believe this isn’t the culture or the customer ccd should accept.

That’s bullying our furry friends. I understand the seating sofa is for the customers. But when the chairs are empty, she can literally use them. I did not want to get in a fight and disturb everyone else around. Hence, writing this review to see if anyone can take action! If now I gotta get involved the next time and it would be messy! The staff and the watchman are very rude I work nearby and always everyday have coffee and one coffee bill of mine is always 300+ Which is fine but everytime you want to use the washroom they ask you to order something? Is this fair ? Starbucks much bigger coffee chain than CCD alows you to the work however long even if you order a single item If you daily customer wants to use the washroom less than thrice a day is that a crime? The watch man is so rude so rude he always keeps...

Didn't have a great experience with this particular outlet. After placing the order I was told that the bill and the change will come to the table but it didn't. While leaving when I asked for the bill, she said the bill has been discarded which was wierd. I have had similar experience at other CCD outlets also when visiting an outlet late in the night. They just say that the cash register has been shut down and won't be able to generate a bill. So all that cash goes...
