Surbhi Pure Veg Restaurant — Restaurant in Mumbai

I went with my family and because it was raining we ate in non-ac since the weather was good. There were 3 tables empty but they were dirty only 1 was clean when I was going to sit on the table the person shouted rudely do not sit because he had not taken the tip. .I asked him after 7 min can we get a menu cards.I got cold food the butter garlic naan was so hard the masala dosa was cold and soft like it was made long bavk. When I asked him for 1 more naan it took another 20min ( only because the person at the billing came and asked me what was i waiting for , and then he want in the kitchen the get the 3rd naan now that naan was soft) . I was told the panner dish will be spicy it was sweet and cold . I Honestly do not even know if he gave me what I order, but I have to say that it' was the worst experience ever. The person who was attending to the tables in front of the AC door was rude. I fined my husband ₹500 for taking ne to ur resturant and spoiling the lunch experience. Pathetic experience when making the payment through Swiggy Dineout at Surbhi- Thakur Complex 90 Feet Rd. This restaurant is listed on Dineout. I was told by the restaurant manager to not make any payment through Dineout despite the restaurant being listed on Dineout and running discount promotions on making online payment. Even the dining experience was not great as the waiters constantly kept waiting us to leave and cleared the tables when not asked. Both the Surbhi Restaurants are listed on Swiggy Dineout- Thakur Village & Thakur Complex. I also showed the restaurant manager both the listings but instead of admitting he started arguing and kept on asking to make the payment in full. Terrible is an understatement. The restaurant has lost its customers owing to this rude behaviour with its customers. Terrible experience since the manager and the staff were rude when we communicated that we would make the payment through Dineout and spoke rudely. Guys beware of the scam.
