Chai Sutta Bar — Restaurant in Mumbai

Quite over rated place. Ideally Grilled cheese sandwich is huge sandwich with triangle bread but here at Chai Sutta bar is justv4 piece regular small sandwich . They charge Rs.140 for small 4 piece grilled sandwich (menu show large sandwich but its tiny in real)and more. Secondly, Quantity of Maggi they serve very less and money charged is Rs 80,Rs.120 and so on.. No value for money. Reception counter billing girl is doesn't agree to take reviews of guests and implement them. No Hospitality for guests and very rude attitude. She will not listen and allow u to share our views .According to them, grilled sandwiches are 4 piece sandwich and can be made in so called griller . I wish I could give a zero. My wife and I placed order for 2 pots of tea and we were made to sit on the parapet outside sitting area over 30 minutes. I noticed someone, a couple of feet away was smoking and the smoke was bothering my wife. So I complained to the girl on the cash counter however she wouldn't believe, I had to convince her to believe, later she told the smoker to go go away (he left with his partner). Moreover I was surprised to note that the ginger and/or masala in the tea were sold separately just like pizza toppings. Didn't feel...

Well, it's a good place to hangout... The people running it are not like the regular people, they treat you like they own and serve you.. service is more like a family than a friend or a customer... Food is awesome specially sone selected like melting sandwich, Punjabi tadka Maggi.. it's takes so good.. and the Chai/coffee combo in the kulhaad taste way different..

Well after the lockdown, it's very limited but yet the Chai still tastes like before as it was...
