One of the oldest and yet amazingly well maintained societies in Thakur Village.

What I love the most:

The vibe - people are warm, accommodative, helpful and fun-loving. The kind of vibe that makes you feel at home.

The location - It is right at the entrance of all the happening places - Thakur College, mall, cinema, umpteen number of eateries and shops, etc. Everything is just a stone's throw away

Accessibility - Bus station and auto/cab stand, both are right outside the society. So, you never have to walk far to take the transport. Moreover, even the metro station is just 10 minutes away if you decide to walk.

Amenities - Firstly, it is not a society built by a fancy builder. So, you don't have any out of the world amenities. But all the most used and required ones are there - gym, swimming pool, playground, volleyball court, etc.

Celebrations - Special cricket tournaments, Ganesh Chaturthi, Navaratri, New Year, you name it and the society celebrates it. There's never a dull month at Vasant Utsav.

In short, I would rate this place 5 out of 5 because of excellent management, people, infrastructure and overall vibe an ideal home...
