WORST CAKE !!! WORST STAFF !!! 👎🏻👎🏻👎🏻👎🏻👎🏻👎🏻👎🏻👎🏻👎🏻👎🏻👎🏻👎🏻👎🏻👎🏻 PLEASE READ BEFORE VISITING THEM. They were one of the best 3D cake outlet but now they’re not(only this branch) The man who is handling the cake orders here is a complete nuisance.He has no ethics to behave or talk to customers. He will hide his mistakes each time and blame you by giving false reasons!! Me my family and friends have ordered cakes from French Connection from years as we liked the 3D cakes and pastries here.Everything was fine but than suddenly this new man came and things started changing. The cake order were not completed on time the photos of cake ordered were lost by the same person and was manipulating the situation in wrong way. If you don’t have bill he will ask you for money and say no money was paid. If you don’t agree to him he will shout at you and even create an argument. This time we went he gave us back the money and failed to complete our order. I must say it was failure of the outlet for keeping such staff. Including that there are less variety of options available here and there cakes were dry also tasted really bad. Each person will say different price for same cake they are just concerned with the money not customer. I suggest French Connection to please change that person here who is managing the orders & cakes has let to a big trouble for the loyal customers... Bringing to notice that don’t go for this outlet at all! There are other cake outlets available. You can even go for the Malad branch is best. Thankyou 😊

Overall...

The cafeteria inside our building office disappointed me today by saying not available to every item i selected today. So decided to explore a new place. Came through this from Zomato. So ordered from here. They say here it's a delivery only place. But i am sure you can go there and eat there without seating :).

What i ordered was Veg Puff, Spinach N Corn Patties Puff, Atta Cheese Khari & Swiss Choco Caramel Crunch Pastry. And i loved every bite of the last one i mentioned.

Veg Puff :- Was good, But i felt the veg is very less and puff part is very huge. It should be balanced. But anyway i liked it. Just a suggestion if they can increase the masala's in their puffs.

Spinach N Corn Patties Puff :- The suggestion above doesn't apply to this. This was not a typical puff shape. But a round one can say a shape like a burger. This tasted yummy.

Atta Cheese Khari :- This was added to complete the required min order amount of 200. Had eaten khari after a long time. Enjoyed it. Forget to take a pic of this though.

Swiss Choco Caramel Crunch Pastry :- This was the best item i had today. And a pastry was the main reason in deciding to order a bakery kind of place. Crunches in the pastry was the best part of it.

Overall a nice place and with the price they are offering i'm not sure my above given suggestion on puff could be accumulated or not. Very much...

New Review- 02.01.2017 Recently I bought a red velvet cake from FC. it was too good. I think they've really worked on making their cakes better. Also staff was a bit courteous than before.

Cakes of FC r v good n great taste undoubtedly. In d last couple of years I haven't purchased any cake from here. Though great in taste the cakes here r expensive, staff isn't courteous especially if ur looking for some value for money cakes, lower prices. I have faced some attitude problems while dealing with the staff of this shop. But I didn't let it escalate into anything. The cakes r way too soft n spongy n liquidy. The layers can just topple off or slide down if u don't make a haste after receiving it. I have witnessed this myself at a couple of parties. This is wrt bigger cakes mainly. Smaller cakes when u cut them the layers will all fal apart. So a person will hv to pick up 3 parts etc of that pc of cake. U should definitely try their cakes but just leave some instructions or discuss with the bakery staff or u will be surprised to see that ur cake is laid out on the table n by the time u go fetch matches the cake has slanted n will just slide off any moment. Funny for spectators but embarrassing...
