My son today around 10.00 pm placed order for three mutton biriyani, delivered within reasonable time vide bill no. 68 for Rs. 784.35p dt 17/8/18 . We ( myself 66+ yrs, my wife & my son) Sat for dinner. We found two biriyanis rotten, except potato & egg. Immediately my son called PETUK for replacement of the two. Without accepting the complaint the person & another one from side were arguing. However around 12.00 am they sent five laccha parota & 2 chicken chap. While delivering, the delivery boy was wanting the return items first & taking smell he told these are not rotten and thereafter handed over the replaced food, his attitude was very bad. Around 12.15 am one call came from PETUK, Kandivali , caller told that biriyanis were not rotten. On asking their mail id, customer care no, his name. He told that he does not know those & pressing for his name, he replied RAJ KUMAR. What a customer service! Calling customer at 12.15 am. I am thinking to lodge complaint with BMC Commissioner Mr. Ajoy Mehta ( Sol. Attn : FOOD INSPECTOR) and also to file suit with DISTRICT CONSUMER DISPUTES REDRESSAL FORUM under COPRA'86 ( CONSUMER PROTECTION ACT) against PETUK, Thakur Village, Kandivali ( East). This has been unloaded in...

However, over time I noticed that the quality of the food has gone down a little. I am judging on the basis of two constant dishes that I have ordered - Chicken curry and Chicken Biryani. The curry has gotten oilier and less salty over the last two times I ordered. The quantity of chicken biriyani has gone down, but not the price.
I wish they would raise the...
