Merwans Cake Stop — Restaurant in Mumbai

Dear Owner of this store, it is immensely painful to convey you that the staff of your stores is immensely unwelcoming and very unsupportive. Requested for your email id, phone number, nothing was provided.

Saw Merwans, and came here to book a cake for the birthday of my 3 year old daughter. I was in the store for approximately 30 mins, trying to select options (only handful pics were available in a very shabby photo album, and in the tab). Moreover they were pressurising me to select by 6.00 pm (which was hardly 10 mins of my time). Finally, after selection of the image (which was not of my choice), when i went to provide my details for booking and payment, I upfrontly asked, if they will deliver the 2 kg cake to my home. They bluntly refused and said, the delivery vehicle is not functional (wow, don't tell me you don't have funds to repair this, as last Sunday too, your vehicle was not functional). Also, Mr. Vinod said that the delivery staff (one wearing the cap) is on leave tomorrow, hence i will have to come and pick up myself. I requested, that i am working tomorrow, they took no efforts to say that they will even try.

I still want to speak to the genuine owner of the store or to the top management, if there is still some shame left.

Extremely remorseless staff, look at the expressions of these guys- so rude, no smiles, look at the condition and vibe of the store, so filthy n dirty. Never saw any Merwans store in such condition ever. Please re-think on revisiting. Our Thakur Village has lot other better and hygienic options.

When i visited them last Sunday, a boy staff was busy watching India Aus finals, which is still understood. But we were asking questions to these guys and they were unperturbed.

I just visited the shop next door, Sweet County, and the staff there not only helped me with good resolution image, but also helped me with image of my choice. Super show. They were very welcoming and very courteous and also offered me free delivery. Will surely write a review for them after...

If you're a cake lover simply have a sweet tooth.i High recommend visiting merwans cake shop near thakur village.I this cake shop is fantastic and affordable quick bites.i recommend trying their delicious and budget friendly chicken puff, roll.and their korean bun was so good in taste Every item here is made with one thing in mind constituency and amazing flavours! So every time you have a bit you'll fall in love their best item without a doubt are their mawa cakes,cookies, macrons And best thing was their snacks are perfecy baked. They offered varities of snacks options which was customised to the childrens taste for the house party and everything was neatly packed and delivered

I would like to highlight the efforts of staff members who made sure that every detail of the customisation was noted and delivered .. For summers season they have a mango cake and delicious mango pastries you definitely try it🤤 Overall merwans was good..I'll definitely suggest you to try merwans to make your loveing moments...

Pathetic service , food is good , but service is so bad , the conduct of the shopkeepers ...a few days ago I was rhe only customer here , u can check the cctv footage of 12pm of this money , 5th September , I forgot my chocolate square and nobody bothered to say I forgot it , they super lazy and judges ppl by looks bcoz today , 8th September , around 6:10-6:20 when I entered the shop , I wanted to buy caramel custard pastry, I had no change , only 500 cash , he took away my pastry saying I can't buy has he has no change , please change this man !
