Crrave N Eat — Restaurant in Mumbai

⭐ 1 Star Extremely Disappointed with the Service

Visited this restaurant for the first time and had a truly disappointing experience. Despite being the only customers in the restaurant, it took over 40 minutes for our order to be served. We had ordered 2 burgers, 1 portion of fries, and 1 mojito — nothing too complicated or time-consuming.

Shockingly, the food was brought out one item at a time with long gaps in between. First, the mojito arrived. Then much later, just one burger was served. After another long wait, the fries came. And finally, the second burger was placed on our table — by then, our hunger had turned into frustration.

The staff showed no urgency or concern, and there was a complete lack of coordination. For a place that wasn’t even crowded, the delay and service were unacceptable. Wouldn’t recommend this place unless they seriously work on their service and...

Crrave N Eat- A small place located at Chakala. If your looking for a noise-free place where you can have a soothing conversation with your company then Crrave N Eat is the right place. We had ordered:

Mint Mojito- The mojito was absolutely refreshing. Rating-5/5

Onion Capsicum pizza- The pizza base was soft and had sufficient amount of Cheese. Rating-4/5

White Sauce Pasta- If you're going to Crrave N Eat then white sauce pasta is a must have. The white sauce is just perfect with right amount of vegetables and perfectly cooked pasta. Rating-5/5

Sizzling brownie-A regular hot chocolate sizzling brownie. However the brownie was a little bit burnt which would've otherwise tasted better. Rating-3/5

I had the pleasure of visiting Crrave n eat and it was a delightful experience from start to finish. The atmosphere is warm and inviting, with a perfect mix of cozy and modern. The staff were incredibly friendly and attentive, making me feel right at home. I ordered the plain cheese pizza,fries, Alfredo pasta & Oreo shake, it was absolutely delicious — perfectly cooked and fresh.
