Pizza Hut | Andheri East, Mumbai — Restaurant in Mumbai

I recently REvisited this outlet. So this was not my first visit. This review is edited to sound subtle but disappointment was HIGH.

We used to like this outlet. But from few years, guess they aren't really doing good. Whatever the issues are... they are serving food that is consumed by us, who trust PIZZA hut, for joy for food, so many kids eat at their place.

Do they think they are doing what's even basic?! I hope they answer it for their own brand value :)

Staff: are they forced to work here? I felt they were done with their day at 7:15 pm in evening. I do not want to pin point but their behaviour was 'dekh lo aap kya karna hai..hum kuchh nai karenge' Food: absolute disappointment. Their walls are adorned with quirky wall arts...which claim basic things...but nope they are not even close to deliver the mere basics. Added reviews based on those claims that were put up so awesomely on their own walls. -only spots of pizza sauce :( -very less very very less toppings :( -most toppings were placed on top and were a part of cheese added. So they were separate and rolled off. Means... we probably reused a plain cheese pizza and added a few veggies to just get done with order. Yes I will judge. Its the food I am consuming and paying for. -the crust was half baked and what we were served was merely heated up. -order was basic. 2 personal sized veg pizzas. What was served was even more basic....loaf. -we ordered basic drink..fresh lime in water. Denied. We dont have. We payed with cash and the change was denied. When we denied with same 'force' that no even we dont have. We will stay here its fine. Please arrange. Take your time. None of them were seen going out to arrange and they brought the change. Lies? Why? After such bad pizzas? the wooden stands for oregano chilly flakes were empty and dirty. There were NO tissues. Dishes and tables were sticky and dirty. The floor was not clean. The mop cloth they used to clean the table...

This place doesn't deserve a 4.7 rating. As I would like to post only my recent experience which was the second worst experience in Pizza Hut in the last 3 months previously when I dine-in at Pizza hut at Malad in orbit mall the staff tried to sell us more expensive pizzas for dine in which were the first for me and saying that we were ordering from a takeout menu although I got to check with the manager that this was not the case and there was no separation between the takeout or dine-in menu and the staff simply wanted less crowd to manage that too this came to light when we order 2 pizzas and go only 1 after a wait for 30 min and had to speak with the manager.

And there was a similar incident when I dine-in in this pizza hut Firstly when we checked the menu everything that we liked was changed and the pizzas that were there on the menu were similar and very unappealing plus expensive for unnecessary reasons.

But anyways were ordered from what was available that was one pizza and peri peri fries we got the pizza in some 20 min and we asked about the fries but they completely forgot about the fries. Later when we waited for another 10 min we came to know that the server had given our fries to some other customer and they were scrambling to get fries to our table but when we got our fries they were regular one and we had ordered peri peri fries. I ask the staff to cancel the fries and settle the bill there also they still tried to sell us the fries saying the system doesn't cancel the order. We had the manager call explaining about the poor service and also how there was hardly 5 pieces of chicken and the staff member just shrugged off saying we are following the standard. I just scolded him that don't teach me standards and if this is your standard that shut the place down. Then we just settle the...

This is the most shameful thing that one Pure Vegitarian can ever face, I have ordered a Paneer pizza from Pizza hut via Zomato and instead they have provided me with a "Chicken Pizza" 🤬

Just when I placed my order I have specified what toppings I want on the pizza and what is my expectation from them and I have shared each and every details with Pizza Hut for my personal requirement and but it is such a shameful and sorrowful think that being a Jaim and a pure vegetarian they have provided me with a non veg chicken pizza which is totally not acceptable.

For the same when I reached there executive who connected with me he was just not ready to accept the things the mistake which they have done and afterwards he was saying that to please accept the coupon or complementary things which we can offer you. Also they alleged Zomato for the same and the person who talked with me provide only excuses that it is not our fault or our team fault first of all it was the it was a mistake from Zomato delivery Guy by mistakenly would have deliver you the wrong pizza, secondly we have hired a new person who have prepared it.

But after having detailed conversation with the Zomato executive they said that the Pizza Hut was having only one order which was mine only of paneer pizza but it is their error and it is their mistake who have provided us with such non veg chicken pizza.

Please its my humble request if you cant provide correct things, dont play with our emotions, I request each reader to help me raise voice...
