Hotel 7 Flags International — Hotel in Mumbai

The worst expirence I had all my life of any hotel ever was here. This was my very first and the lat expirence of OYO rooms and I am actually done with it. I had booked two rooms and one of it didn’t have...-:||1.) The hotel had not paid for Television’s Prepaid Box. Till I checked out, I couldn’t watch TV since they hadn’t paid for it. ||2.) There was no water in the tap though they did something and fixed it.||3.) The intercom phone wasn’t working and I had to call the reception from my phone. ||4.) Towels were not provided but after I called Them 4-5 times, they did. ||5.) The breakfast was not at all hot. It was like prepared some few hours back and was served cold. When I told the guy he said, “hey that is none of my business. Tell the receptionist, it is none of my work. I bring what they give me!” In the worst tone I ever heard. ||6.) Even after getting the same served food of my plate ‘MICROWAVED’, the taste was literally awful. ||7.) The tea was all disgusting.||8.) The hotel doesn’t have Card payment system. ||9.) I wished to pay my stay the moment i arrived but since they didn’t have swipe machine, I promised to pay the next day. But Since I was new to the city I found no ATM of my bank and every place I stood at for food or shopping I had done card transaction. So i had no scope for making a transaction in exchange of money at ATM. The worst part is, I had woke up late night to pick my sister at Airport and THE WORST PART STARTS NOW. I WAS FORCED TO PAY MY BILL OF MY STAY IN CASH AT MIDNIGHT 01:00 AM WHEN I DIDN’T HAVE CASH WITH ME. I WANTED TO PAY BUT THEY DIDN’T HAVE CARD MACHINE WHICH WAS NOT MY FAULT. THEY FORCED ME TO SUCH AN EXTENT THAT I HAD TO BORROW MONEY FROM A STRANGER IN THE ROOM BESIDE MINE AND PAY THE MANAGER AT MIDNIGHT. I LITERALLY FELT SO INSULTED. ||10.) Last but not the least, even after all this, The reciptionist wanted me to rate 5 star and give me a good review of his hotel while I checked out. Also the total he gave me in the end was a wrong one. He had included ₹300 above the bill. ||11.) Till date, I have not been provided my Bill or any kind of invoice of the payment I have made.||||SO HEREBY I SOLELY SUGGEST YOU THAT IT IS BETTER YOU SLEEP ON A FOOTPATH OR A RAILWAYSTATION BUT DO NOT BOOK THIS HOTEL FOR...

This is an Average Property in economy or budget class. Say under 2k as per mumbai city.|The hotel has a mix variety of rooms,some are big and nice while majority are small and compact. It will depend on your luck which one do you get.|You can get good prices online for this property then counter booking.|The Major advantage of this hotel is its location. Like other small time hotels or, budget hotels which are not located so nicely and which are very small in itself,this hotel is located on Main road and almost opposite to the J.B.Nagar metro station.|Since being on main road you can find auto or cab anytime round the clock.|Excluding peak times,you can reach airport in around 15 to 20 mins from here and same applies for andheri station too.|Even if you are catching bus either towards pune side or to gujarat side,the major stop of buses in Andheri is bisleri compound,which is approx 2kms from the hotel and it is a straight road to the point.|In all if you are looking for great property and nice stay then this is not a right stay.|In case you just want to sleep over and get onn, you can...

I am the owner doesn't read any review sites coz I don't think they need my review to know how terrible they are. I was not surprised to see the below average reviews posted already!||||But before I say anything, the only good thing is ambience.. rest of it all sucks right from service ,food taste and its high prices.||||I will not waste much time but just give two simple examples of how they are a big non starter ||1) first time in my life I had a sweet veg Kolhapuri sabzi. Yes it's supposed to be spicy (in India at least) but the gravy was not only weirdly Creamy and light reddish but also very sweet and ridiculously untasty. Yuk...!||2) the desert we ordered was gulab jamun with rabdi.. guess what the gulab jamun was too sweet to be mixed with rabdi and the rabdi was very very powdery. It was so obvious itbwqs stored, not fresh and made out of cheap quality milk.||||I won't say more.
