BLACK RICE TRUFFLE MAAKI (SUSHI) : ✅ MUST HAVE (5/5) 🌟 (8 pieces)

This was a surprise had great flavours and was well constructed. (Avocado, Asparagus, Cucumber stuffed in black rice and topped with truffle mayo drops - Good combination)

TRUFFLE CHEESE CHILLY NAAN BOMBS : (2.5/5) (4 pieces)

(Would recommend this only if you like cheese, as this was very heavy and filling was average)

SIZZLED CHILLY CHICKEN:(3.5/5)

(Nice cruchy chicken tossed in a tasty soy sauce with lots of bell peppers and chillies)

PAPRIKA MUSHROOM TRUFFLE CROSTINI: (3/5)

(Was very very creamy and the mushroom mixture tasted like it had some Indian spices added in it. Made an Italian crostini Indian)

RAVIOLI IN SIGNATURE DEMI SAUCE : (3/5)

(Supposedly this is their signature sauce. It just tasted too sweet even though the stuffing of the Ravioli was nice. It tasted sort of like a Malai Kofta. Found this wierd)

BUTTER CHICKEN WITH KULCHA : (4.5/5) ✅

(This was finger licking good, but again on the creamier side. Served with 2 Crisp Kulchas - Indian food is a safe bet here)

FIRECRACKER VEG DIMSUM : (4/5) ✅

PINK PANNA COTTA : (3/5)

(The Panna Cotta tasted exactly like the China Grass one can make at home. However when had with the marshmallows, merangue and raspberry, it went well together. I guess the photo looked so good that it set the expectations running quite high)

COFFEE TRES LECHES PULL ME UP : (4/5) ✅

(A delicious coffee sauce poured over a sponge like cake in short. A coffee lover must try this)

🚗Valet Parking: Yes they do have valet but to enter Kamala Mills be ready to pay Rs 200 as the parking charge

🪑Seating : 3 Floors of seating. The Top is the terrace which has a nice vibe and one should go there in the Winter or to throw parties.The Ground floor where we sat had the bar as well.

🎟️Booking : Since it is a new place and gets quite crowded would recommend to book on the weekends and go.

Ambience: 4/5 🕯️ ✅

The ambience is very nice here with dim lighting, open bar, open terrace. It has a very soothing effect and a chilled vibe.

🎵Music : ✅ They had a live DJ with an amazing playlist. Great music lifted the whole place's vibe

🧑‍🍳Service: 3/5 Quite Average again the waiter could not really recommend or explain the dishes well.

Just had an amazing lunch at Demy in Kamala Mills, and it was an experience that deserves a shoutout! Here's a breakdown of what I devoured:

Starters: Chicken Shawarma DIY: This interactive dish was a complete win! You get succulent grilled chicken strips, fluffy pita bread, and a variety of fresh veggies and sauces. Building your own shawarma was not only fun but also delicious.

Crispy Sriracha Dynamite Shrimp: Calling all spice lovers! These shrimp were perfectly crispy on the outside and had a delicious kick from the sriracha sauce. The portion size was generous, and they were absolutely addictive.

Demy Signature 24k Gold Roll: Now, onto the showstopper! This luxurious sushi roll came all glistening under a shimmer of 24k gold. It wasn't just about the extravagance; the flavors were well-balanced and incredibly satisfying.

Demy Butter Chicken with Kulcha: Craving some comfort food? This Demy twist on the classic butter chicken did not disappoint. The chicken was melt-in-your-mouth tender, and the creamy tomato gravy was rich and flavorful. The accompanying kulcha was the perfect partner to soak it all up.

Dessert: Rocher Rium: Ending the night on a sweet note, the Rocher Rium was a delightful Hazelnut mousse filled caramel coated with nuts and dipped in Belgian chocolate. It was decadent and the perfect way to finish off a fabulous meal.
