Domino's Pizza | Antop hill, Mumbai — Restaurant in Mumbai

I recommend going to there it's nice it's always empty some it is busy but they deliver the food always on time. Some time they just don't have change I have gone there one time at 11:00Am but the store manager tell me the store will open at 11:30 Am but he sayed we can come in and order till then he will do the preparation to open. The store is still in construction that's why some time it is vary dirty but most of the time it's is clean . I only eat the classic because it is vary cheap ₹51(with tax) I have never tried the non-veg pizza But all the time I have eaten the classic pizza it has one vary important thing that I like is that the pizza chess is like fully baked but still a liquid like texture . The staff are vary nice also . I just hope that they have change the next time I visit because I don't like when I have to wait for them to go to other shop and get change then give it to me. It just wasting time other than this I am vary happy with everything alse you can see the zoom up pic it shows how liquid is the chess . Not like that pizza that I eat at vages mall in Delhi Dwarka sec 12 they don't even know how to properly cut the pizza the slices were unequal and the waiting time...

"THE WORST SERVICE EXPERIENCE EVER"..... Today 02/02/2021 It's my mom's birthday and nearly about 10:00 pm i placed an order of a pizza at Domino's pizza store at antophill branch. The person who took my order said it will take 15 to 20 minutes to get you your pizza ..'ohkk'i replied... I stood for nearly about 35 to 40 minutes but i didn't received my order. I then went to ask about my order from the staff there after 20minutes as i was told. One of the staff member said me it's on the way ...i stood there for more time. After every 5 minutes i was told that your order is ready. So it was 10:40 i told the person to cancel my order. Just because you can't give proper service please don't claim yourself to be no.1 ... I hate Domino's and won't ever eat again . Although i got refund but my most valuable and precious time was wasted.... It was my mom's birthday and i decided to give her treat there..but Domino's you totally disappointed me. You have the...

I generally keep ordering from domino's from other outlets... But this time I ordered from this particular one since it was closer to my place n my experience was soo pathetic that I don't want to order from here anymore. I ordered a regular margherita... N there was absolutely no cheese at all...i didn't order cheese burst or anything but ik the amount of cheese a Margherita should have. N right after that I've got tummy pain n diarrhoea n mind you I didn't eat anything apart from that the whole day n later I wouldnt because I got sick coz of this horrible pizza. I have eaten from dominos before this has never happened... This place is definitely not maintaining hygiene! It was definitely definitely not worth the money n getting sick after eating that is even worse. I really hope someone should take a look in this matter. Maintaining hygiene is the least they can do if not provide...
