If I was allowed i would have given -10 rating as i it was a worst Experience

on 1st December i had ordered Domino's Pizza through Zomato. Order was placed at 09.45 PM.

Immediately after the order was placed i received a SMS from dominos with tracking link, snapshot of which is attached.

I was checking the status on the link provided by Dominos and even after 30 minutes it was showing only as confirmed, same status was showing till 11.50 PM

I tried to call store on the no provided in support chat with dominos, almost 15-20 times but received no reply as all the time either call was not answered ot it was getting busy status.

Since for almost an hour I was talking to Zomato Support and asked them to cancel the order as it was not delivered, but they said that they cant cancel the order as it placed on dominos and order is supposed to be delivered by Dominos delivery partner and Zomato is only taking the order and will be fulfilled by dominos.

at 10.55 Zomato support executive told me that they have informed by Dominos that order is packed and will be delivered within next 10 minutes, but on the provided link still it was showing as confirmed only. Order was placed at 09.45PM and I received a call from store at 11.50 PM, that it will take another 55 minutes do I want it to be delivered. I denied the delivery.

immediately after the call was disconnected, just out of curiosity i checked the link for order status, which was showing only as confirmed just before 4 minutes, was immediately changed to Confirmed, Backed, Dispatched, Denied.

Above all the dominos store which was selected for delivery was only at walkable distance.

They say 30 minutes nahi to free, but here even after 2 hours of order placed, it was not delivered and they need 1 more hour to get it delivered.

And above all Zomato wants me to trust the...

We were in a group of 4, visited the store at 00:30 midnight while placing the order the person on the counter asked us whether we want to take it away or wanna dine in for which i said we would like to have it here The order comesl and as we start to have our meal the store shutter gets shut while we are eating right outside the door We were fine as we thought the store timings were done but later they literally switched off the lights where we were eating and that situation i looked at my watch and realised that it’s not even 01:00 yet as the store timings are till 01:00 And when i go to the restaurant manager the guy says that the restaurant timings are till 00:30 I asked why did you take my order and why have you put up this big billboard saying we are open till 1 You can’t simply give the customer an option of dining in and then putting down the shutters and switch of the lights while they are having their meal right outside the main door I would have appreciated if the staff would have asked me to take it away and said that they would be closing soon I would have happily had it in my car parked right outside the dominos premises It’s very disrespectful as a consumer to be treated like this While having an argument over this with the store manager available at that moment He felt nothing wrong about the situation or incident and he was very fine with whatever happened Very...

worst Dominos ever- Unfortunately no rating under 1 star -Dear sir I made order no v0mq-q1ij for Dominos pizza before 7 pm today via food panda. My citibank credit card was swiped for the same amount Rs 1955. It is now 3 and a half hours and 10:30 and my order has not come. i repeatedly called up the restaurant and asked them as my kids were crying of hunger- last 2 hours they are saying it is dispatched- I asked to speak to their manager ( this was the RT complex Dominos at Parel) They were laughing at me on the phone when I said the kids were crying.They never put the manager on line. they confirmed that my order had gone through and my number was saved and the address was accurate. I don’t know what game these ppl think they are playing. They are absolutely callous unprofessional and seem to be very poor quality human beings. is there any way this restaurant can be black listed or some humans kept as employees. Finally my kids went to bed crying and hungry after eating some leftovers as we had not made food thinking we had ordered out. If they had even told us we were not getting food, we could have ordered elsewhere or taken them out for dinner. it was an endless wait for food that never came. by then it was too late to order out or go out. Please note that i have also complained to food panda. Please cancel the order forthwith and refund my money...
