Let me strt wid the ambiance ... If u look from outside.. it has gret ambiance.. good lighting.. sitting arrngmnt is good.. speciaous.. n everything is good.. So will give 3 * for ambiance

Food Along with beer/liquar every drinker is xpecting chakna.. that too complimentry.. u ll not get here.. We asked for peanut masala.. n 1st time i got the same in boiled peanut.. which i havnt get anywer b4. And not even liked the same.. Asked for chikn koliwada n paneer patiala in veg.. but grevy was so thick that we couldnt eat with Roti/paratha.. Quantity wise its good... Will give 2* for food.

Service Very bad service.. nothing specific happnd.. but the attitude of the staff is not appriciable. And service was very very late. 1* for service.

Insted i ll suggest you to visit Ravi kitchen which is just nxt to this.. n its very good at food service as compair to this hotel. Usually i m going in Ravi kitchn but due to waiting at ravi kitchen i thot to try this.. but wil never...

Located near Lotus corporate park and few minutes walk from Nesco gate 1, Swastik next is a fine dine version of the swastik garden bar which is a very basic local bar. Had a horrible experience at Swastik Baar Restaurant. The service was extremely poor, and the staff was rude and unprofessional. I ordered veg biryani, but it took them a whopping 1.5 hours to even acknowledge my order. When they finally did, they had the audacity to ask me what I wanted to order, as if I hadn't already placed an order! When I reminded them of my original order, they claimed I hadn't ordered anything! Unbelievable! Not only did they waste my time, but the food quality was also subpar. The biryani was a disappointment, and the taste was far from good. Regrettable experience, and I wouldn't recommend this...
