Dear Foo Nesco,

I am writing to express my deep disappointment with the level of service provided by your establishment during my recent visit. As a valued customer, I expected a certain level of hospitality and attention to detail, which unfortunately was not met.

Firstly, I would like to bring to your attention an incident where we ordered eight portions of sushi, but were not provided with wasabi despite our request for it. The captain informed us that the chef had refused to provide it, which left us feeling undervalued as customers. This lack of consideration for our request was disappointing and affected our overall experience.

Secondly, while placing our order with the captain, he left midway to attend to another table, leaving us with an incomplete order. This lack of attention to detail and disregard for our needs was unacceptable. We expect better from a restaurant of your caliber.

Thirdly, during the main course, we waited for almost 45-60 minutes, and when the food finally arrived, part of the main course was missing. Despite our request, the captain was unhelpful and even tried to prove that I had punched the right order but the food that came was wrong. This level of incompetence is unacceptable, and it left us feeling frustrated and disappointed.

Furthermore, the captain Akshay also refused to serve us. When we asked him to serve, he said, "Guys, please serve yourself." This is not the level of service we expect from a restaurant of your caliber. It is disappointing to see that your team is not trained to provide basic customer service.

Furthermore, the manager took an additional 15 minutes to address our concerns, which was an unnecessary delay. We were left waiting for an extended period, which only added to our frustration.

Finally, after an overall discussion, when we had not eaten anything and were extremely disappointed, we requested an apology from the captain Akshay. However, his attitude was unprofessional, and he denied our request.
