Hotel Avion Palace — Hotel in Mumbai

Booked the hotel online, the photos looked just fine. But when got to the hotel the wifi wouldn’t work, they said it is because of my room being too inside (not my problem) , same for the TV, the excuse was due to the rainy season but that’s not how it should be. The washroom was really disguisting, it would smell really bad, had a leakage problem and very dirty as you can see from the photos. Staff weren’t really rude as such but couldn’t help us out in anyway so they weren’t much help either. Please note: its not due to the price point either since i’ve stayed in multiple hotels in the same price point and none were as bad. Also funny how the owner only responses to good reviews and doesn’t hold any accountability...

Hotel Avion Palace is a reasonable choice for people looking for an economical and budget accomodation in Mumbai. It is located just outside Jogeshwari (Western Railway) station, off SV in Jogeshwari West. The rooms are quite good, The services too are quick and fine. Food too is quite good.

Minor lapses in the hotel may be there. But if pointed out or brought out to the staff, they are attended quickly.
