Mad Over Donuts — Restaurant in Mumbai

Donuts are great. No complaints there. It's just the staff lacks generosity and say things way too on customer's face with a very serious stern face. Their frustration of the job clearly shows and that kinda set the whole vibe very negative and not customer friendly. I will give an example, in times of covid, if the outlet gets more than 3 customers, they will say it in a bossy way: "sir please go outside. 2 customer at a time." It's the way they say, it's cold. Especially this slightly out of shape guy, he is very stern in his tone.

To, MOD's CEO, whoever that is, look you charge us quite insane for the donuts... why don't u pay your staff a little extra so they lighten up a bit?

Especially staff of this outlet. Nothing wrong with the bandra one- well, there a girl will practically take ur phone and make a purchase of ur donut so that you guys get our contact details by which you can spam us for infinity...which is ok, cuz, duh, if it's by means of a kind slim girl, sure spam me as much as you want.

But come on, with that tirey, sketchy looking guy, he is killing the vibe on WOMEN'S DAY. watch out for him....

I've ordered a fair amount from this place, and while the donuts have been great, I've watched the quality of service drop like a stone over the course of three years of being a patron. I believe the straw that broke this camel's back happened with my last order (detailed below) and will henceforth be taking my business elsewhere. Placed an order for 2 boxes of mini donuts to take for a party. It takes them almost two hours for some person at their store to call me and tell me that the items were sold out, but not after confirming the order on Zomato and then having someone from Zomato call me up after an hour and tell me that "on account of the rains, the order will take 10 extra minutes". In other words, the order never even happened and they kept me waiting, without any communication whatsoever.
