Hi All, I'd like to share my experience with maple pods. To begin with, I reserved a time slot for 2:05 p.m. on June 7, 2023, and received a confirmation email. However, on June 6th, my booking timing was changed without my approval, and they did not even mention the reschedule time of 3 PM. They made no apology and provided no explanation for the change in timing. On June 6th, I checked that email and attempted to contact them via phone to get a proper update on my timings. However, someone answered the phone with only a hello and no further communication from their end. I arrived at 2 p.m. and was informed by the staff that the time is 3 p.m. because they have bookings from 2 p.m. to 3 p.m. After I showed them the email confirming that I had reserved this time slot, they were persuaded and allowed us to proceed. After 15 minutes, we placed an order and were told by the staff that we would have to wait until 3 p.m. because our booking was at that time. When I argued with them, they called the manager. The manager told us the same thing, the time is 3 p.m, and we must wait because they have a booking. I was hesitant to accept this time because we had reserved a slot from 2:05 to 4:05 PM. After about 2-3 minutes, the manager said, "You should have checked your mail, it's your fault, we can't help you because we have a booking. She made no apology, and they blamed us for not following their latest update, which we received on June 6th. We checked that email on the 6th and attempted to contact them, but no one was available to speak with us. The manager was extremely rude, and she refused to accept her mistake of rescheduling the timing without apologising or explaining the reason for the change in time. After 5-6 minutes, she let us enjoy our reserved time slot. I'm not sure where the people who booked the 2 to 3PM slot were because there was no one, and on the phone she mentioned that the guest had arrived, so we had to wait until 3. The staff was friendly, but the food was terrible. We ordered tacos but discovered two small pieces of stone. We called the waiter back and asked him to take it back, but he made no apology. The place is very expensive. When we arrived they didnāt offered us water and when we asked for water and without asking whether we wanted regular water or bottled water, he brings bottled water. We were ready to leave after 2 hours and asked for our bill, which showed that the packed Bisleri 20rs bottle was charged for 100rs. I don't believe the ratings are genuine, so please...

With, no explanation or apologies given besides the staff asking for 2mins every two minutes. Having said that, we obviously stayed for the entire time period we were booked, but that was cause we were the last appointment for the day - imagine if someone had a booking after us - those people would be furious waiting forever. But, my review is not based on this untimely experience - let me explain...
The pod itself was not really private. It has 4 windows through which people can clearly see what you do. Plus, they are NOT sound proof - so if you are planning to have a nice quiet date, watching some great shows/movie on their TV, forget it. Lastly, out of the many light options that they have, only 2 work. And they both are basic! If I had to simply watch some Netflix and order food from outside, I could have done it at home - where was my experience?
To top this off, their on-call button either did not work or the staff just did not care. They did not care to put us in the pods, and they did not care to take us out. They simply threw arrogance that they let us stay for longer....as if!
The worse of it all was that the food at Mitron is actually not that expensive, so the amount that they charge for this "experience" is definitely not worth it. A sofa, in a cold AC enclosure, with food from a restaurant watching Netflix under basic yellow light - sounds like my home! Additionally, the location of the pod itself is not great - even if it needed to be at a cafe, I would have preferred it was in a more secluded area rather than in the middle of everything.
