I would just like to raise a complain against one of your employee who sits at the counter . My Mother who is 67 years old visited to your outlet at saatrasta mahalaxmi .She broke her chappal hence she was barefeet & she wanted to get a burger for her grandson . one of your employee asked her Aunty 130 ka burger hai paise hai na aapke paas ????? in front of everyone she literally felt like crying and did not say anything just left from there with a burger in her hand . she came home and started crying saying its been 60years that she has been staying at saatrasta nobody spoke to her like this and with a brand like mcdonalds which is around the world known for his food and customer service . it was a quite a disappointment .request you to please give me your email and concern person name and number so that i can speak to the manager and raise a strong complain against those employees who cannot treat their customer in a polite and respectful manner.

Read moreVery disappointing experience! First, they showed a valid offer on their official app, and when I tried to redeem it at the store, the staff refused to accept it without any proper reason. What’s the point of promoting offers if your outlets won’t honor them?
Secondly, I ordered a Cappuccino which costs ₹109, but I was shockingly charged ₹209 — almost double! This feels like a clear attempt to overcharge or mislead customers, and when I raised the issue politely, the staff responded rudely and used ill words, which is completely unacceptable.
This kind of unprofessional behavior and misleading pricing really ruins the customer experience. McDonald’s is a reputed brand, and such actions by employees at MCDI outlets damage trust and show a serious lack of customer respect.
Not expected from a global chain. Hope the management takes this seriously.

Read more[UPDATE] April 2022 It is open now. Even though there’s seating on both Ground and First Floor, it is quite limited. Total seating is for around 15 tables (30-40people) only. You won’t find a place to sit at busy hours. Staff was polite and friendly. If you’re seated upstairs, they bring the order to your table. View of Saat Raasta from the first floor is quite nice.
Problems: The stairs to go up have a low ceiling. People taller than 5’10” might bump their head if they’re not careful. There is absolutely NO PARKING AVAILABLE for cars or bikes.
—— [OLD] As of 19 March 2022, it’s still not open yet. They’ve put the large sign boards outside but furniture and interior work is still ongoing. They really shouldn’t put up these uncovered sign boards till the place is actually open....
