You seem to be competing in a league of hiring highly unprofessional, uncouth, arrogant and a categorically racist staff, yes you heard it right RACIST. Your manager ZIA feels he's going to bag himself the best rudest manager of the millennium but sorry this is not some comics. Maybe he thought McDonald's ka mascot ek joker hai toh logon ko mazak banaya jaye. Here comes the list of remarks you'd want your staff to be terminated or sent for a corrective training. And I say this because I'm seasoned with 5+ years in hospitality in aviation. More than the kids you'll see your staff playing catch and cook in the premises during business hours, doesn't matter if it disturbs anyone or the restaurant ambience. Usage of foul/abusive/derogatory calls to address eachother. Highly unprofessional body language and troubleshooting skills for irate situations. (Hands on the waist and one hand leaning on the table whilst addressing upset female customers, so much so that they just left with the food on the table. McDonald's India doesn't follow atithi devo bhava concepts I guess when it comes to hospitality Incorrect order taking and making the customers age before they actually get their food. Worst, brace yourself. Insensitive comments against the LGBTQ community out loud in the open so much so that it becomes a very unwelcoming place for any individual. I want to ask which school your manager Zia went to ,where he learnt to address people as Item, yeh item ladki chale (effeminate) karta hai...iska dost bhi gay hai. Yeh log apne liye aate hain. Need I say more? Or an American organisation still believes being gay is a choice?
I believe it's the restaurant that I grew up with great memories of. But unfortunately this kind staff will surely create hate or detest amongst any Mc lover.

I got coke instead of sprite, the manager came to me and ask if everything is alright with the order or not, she always does ask to each and every customer & I just aise hi told her I got coke instead of sprite. I was fine with coke as well but that day i was craving more for sprite. She took my glass of coke which I already drank half & she replaced it with new one which was filled with sprite. This thing I liked the most about them. Other Staff is also cooperative. Even if you ask for extra ketchup they will not say no, they will just say sure sir & they will give it to you.
Food quality.... Fast & Great service Food quality is also great, no doubt about it.
Atmosphere..... Atmosphere is also great over there. Led spot lights are used over there. Good illumination, glare free light & it doesn't strike our eyes. Good air conditioning. Music sound is also perfect not that loud & not that quiet. Overall...
