🚨 WARNING – Disgusting & Unsafe Food 🚨

We ordered Butter Chicken and Chicken Tikka Masala from New Lucky Restaurant, Kalina, Santacruz East. To our absolute horror, the Butter Chicken gravy had a huge cockroach in it – not a small one, but a massive cockroach completely drenched in the curry.

When we complained, instead of taking the matter seriously, their casual response was: “We’ll replace it and send you another one.” Like seriously? After finding a cockroach in our food, do they really expect us to eat from there again? This shows their complete negligence and lack of hygiene. They did return the amount after arguing.

This is not just bad service, it’s a serious health hazard.

I would never, ever recommend anyone to eat here. If they think a cockroach in food can simply be “replaced,” it clearly shows how careless they are with customers’ safety.

We tried Mutton Biryani and Fried Noodles chicken. Food's taste was under satisfaction.

They have specific timing slot for every recepie they have, if you order too early or late you won't get that particular recepie.

And they haven't mentioned it anywhere, not in menu card nor in the notice board.
