I am seeing this Arvind bar and restaurant for years since childhood but unfortunately change of ownership or caretaker is useless. Not a respectable bar and restaurant, Not a good Air-con performance. Owner of the bar is irresponsible person and treating customers as poorly waste. If you complain about Air-con he treats people as unimportant drinkers.
