If you’re a fan of Indo-Chinese street food, Om Uncle’s Chinese Corner in Marol is a spot you can’t miss! šŸ®āœØ I finally visited this famous joint and tried their Triple Fried Rice, and here’s my detailed experience.

Food šŸ½ļø:

The Triple Fried Rice was absolutely packed with flavors! šŸ˜‹ A perfect mix of fried rice, noodles, and crispy noodles on top, all tossed in a spicy, tangy sauce. The balance of textures—soft rice, chewy noodles, and crispy toppings—made every bite exciting. The quantity was generous, making it a great option for sharing. They don’t hold back on flavors, so expect a bold, spicy, and satisfying experience! šŸŒ¶ļøšŸ”„

Ambience & Crowd šŸ :

The place has a classic street-food vibe—nothing too fancy but clean and functional. The seating is minimal, so be ready to wait, especially during peak hours. It was super crowded, which speaks volumes about its popularity! šŸƒā€ā™‚ļøšŸ’Ø If you’re someone who enjoys the hustle and bustle of a busy food spot, you’ll love the energy here!

Service ā³:

Despite the crowd, service was quick and efficient. The staff is friendly, and they make sure orders are served fresh and hot. Since it's a small setup, don’t expect fine-dining comfort, but for a street-food joint, it’s well-managed.

Price šŸ’°:

Very affordable for the portion size and taste. You get value for money, making it a great spot for a budget-friendly, tasty meal.

Verdict ⭐:

āœ… Must-try for Indo-Chinese lovers āœ… Great flavors & quantity āœ… Crowded but worth it āš ļø Limited seating & wait time

If you’re in Marol and craving some spicy, flavorful Chinese street food, this place should be on your list! Would definitely...

This people are disgrace to hotel service industry I ordered veg triple schezwan rice at 10:00 pm and opened my order at 11:20 pm but when opened my parcel it was chicken rice instead of veg then i called back to the hotel so he told me that he will arrange for a veg triple schezwan rice so i was relaxed and was waiting for my order till 11:45 but the parcel didn't arrived so i called them back but they were not picking up the phone this time so i picked up the rice and went to the hotel as i was hungry and i could not have eat the chicken rice but to my surprise the manager told me neither he can replace my order nor he will refund my money and he was very adamant and harsh while talking to me i told him that it was his mistake that he sent me chicken rice instead of veg and that he admited but then he was not ready to replace my order he said he is sorry but he can not help me i rquested him to give me veg rice as it was already 12 and by that time and i could not have ordered anything from any other restaurant but he was very firm and unshaken and told me to go out as he was closing the restaurant.. This is the kind of treatment they give to their customer who is ordering food from them regularly... i even have the recording of our conversation with the manager i came back with the parcel and will again go back to the hotel tmrw morning to ask for my refund which i paid in cash.. lets see how the...

Extremely Disappointed with Uncle's Chinese Corner, Marol

Yesterday I visited Uncle Chinese Corner in Marol for dining, hoping for a good family time, and it turned out to be one of the worst dining experiences I’ve ever had. We ordered Chicken Manchurian Soup, Chicken Wonton, and Chicken Triple Rice. While the soup and wontons were decent, the Chicken Triple Rice was a disaster. The chicken used in the gravy was clearly Old and Stale.

Unfortunately, this negligence led to a serious issue. My entire family, including my 4-year-old child, has been suffering from Diarrhea since eating this meal. This is absolutely unacceptable.

Serving stale food is not just poor quality—it’s a health hazard. Uncle Chinese Corner needs to take responsibility for maintaining basic hygiene and food safety standards. I would strongly advise others to think twice before ordering from here, as such carelessness can have serious consequences.

This experience has left us extremely disappointed and worried for our health. I hope the management takes this feedback seriously and improves their quality control...

It is a fantastic place for a good meal. The ambience is warm and welcoming, with beautiful dĆ©cor and a peaceful atmosphere that makes dining here a pleasure. It’s a great place to sit back, relax, and enjoy some delicious food. The vegetarian options on the menu are impressive, with every dish cooked to perfection. The flavors are rich, well-balanced, and feel authentic. The ingredients taste fresh, and the food is neither too oily nor too heavy. Each dish is prepared with care, making every bite enjoyable. The prices are on the higher side, but the quality of food and the overall experience make it worth it. The service is also quick and polite, adding to the positive experience. For anyone looking for great Chinese food in a classy yet comfortable setting, this place is definitely worth a visit. PS - they serve both veg and non-veg food.

This is a small Chinese eating joint located on Marol Maroshi road near Metropolis Hotel. They only have outdoor, open area seating. The restaurant setting is just like any other Mumbai restaurant with small tables and a little congested seating. I really liked their service and the attitude of their staff. Very prompt service. The menu is pretty vast and reasonably priced. Despite being an open area restaurant, I found the hygiene and cleanliness at par. The only problem I faced was with the taste of the food. The taste is mediocre or below average at best. The portion does justify the prices of the food but the taste doesnt. A lot of things were bland and tasted almost the same. That could use some work. Other than that, pretty decent restaurant for a quick and cheap bite.
