Review of Paradise Biryani

I recently had the opportunity to try the biryani at Paradise biryani, and unfortunately, it did not live up to my expectations. As a biryani enthusiast, I was excited to indulge in this classic dish, but I found myself quite disappointed.

First off, the flavor was lacking. I expected a rich, aromatic blend of spices, but instead, the biryani felt bland and one-dimensional. The saffron and cardamom that usually elevate this dish were barely noticeable. It seemed like the rice and meat were cooked separately without the deep melding of flavors that makes biryani so special.

The texture was another letdown. The rice was overcooked and mushy, which detracted from the overall experience. A good biryani should have distinct grains that are fluffy and well-separated, but this felt more like a porridge than a traditional biryani.

Additionally, the meat was tough and lacked seasoning. I was hoping for tender pieces infused with spices, but they were dry and unappetizing. The portion size was generous, which I appreciated, but it didn’t compensate for the lack of flavor and quality.

On a positive note, the presentation was appealing, and the staff was friendly and attentive. However, when it comes to biryani, taste is paramount, and unfortunately, this dish fell short.

Overall, I wouldn't recommend the biryani at Paradise biryani. There’s potential here, but it needs significant improvement in flavor and texture to truly satisfy biryani lovers. I hope to see some changes in the future because I would love to enjoy a delicious plate of biryani from this...

I m regular customer , per month 4-5 times I used to visit here.. ordering combo pack chicken briyani. Day 1 order quantity, service was most admired. Day pass worst quantity and service of food . I questioned them y u guys serve this kind of quantity (in combo tandoori was 1/2 , rice quantity for huge ) then pieces of tandoori become small small 1/4 only and rice quantity reduced. I asked I m regular customer y u guys does this . They don't even care to reply .. kindly advise not to be regular to them . Get money wit tax and service but they don't even care about it . The restuarant should be shut down since they do know what is customer experience. Ordered for chk lollipop it was half cooked. Ordered triple rice which was made with colorful rice with oil and the gravy was thick as skin. Spoke to the counter girl on the regret but some how said the cook is changed. Very casual attitude After all dissatisfaction had to pay the full amount.
