Here I am staying my second time after a very long time, Definitely they maintained very well so far without any fault,great ..... Great location and great staff. Most friendly and helpful receptionist and staff ever, lovely and great first impression of hotel. Everything about the hotel was exceptional. It was clean, stylish, roomy with excellent service.in where i had breakfasts dinners. “Hands down, some of the best food I’ve had recently! They use the freshest ingredients and make sure each dish is done the right way. The chicken dishes was especially memorable. Must try!” Clean and Comfortable Rooms,it is value clean and comfortable accommodations.very cleanliness of the rooms, comfortable beds, and well-maintained facilities. Food was good and great value for money and service was attentive and efficient. Room itself was well equipped and comfortable. I was very pleased with my stay. Special Thanks to Mr. Sujit, who is very polite and smiling charm which is a soothing gesture and all other staff who has taken a good care of me during my long stay at hotel,Initially, I planned to stay at the hotel for one night, but I extended my stay by an additional days Prompt and Efficient Check-In/Check-Out:I had a smooth and hassle-free check-in and check-out process. Value for Money: I appreciate your hotels that offer good value for money.reasonable prices, package deals that provide a high-quality experience at an affordable rate. Having a quiet stay! Usually wherever I'm staying is for sleeping and unwinding. So peace is essential. Of course if staying inner city there are limitations to this that I know staff can’t change. But policies like no noise after 11 pm etc definitely keep the balance in order! In room amenities are good like refrigerator, biscuits, free bottled water, tea and coffie sachet, varieties of personal care kits,etc I had a wonderful experience, felt welcomed, and would highly recommend the hotel to others and my friends for business/ personal travel pleasant and hassle free stay..I hope to be back for a longer visit...

I traveled with my family for a short trip to Mumbai. The stay was horrible and the room is full of mosquitoes. I booked two rooms. The person at the reception (Mr. Argho) don't have manners and was very rude with no hospitality Etiquettes. We arrived at midnight and our room was not ready. He later told me that I was upgraded to a bigger room. When I asked him for a double bed instead of two single beds, he mentioned that this is an upgraded room and the hotel is fully booked. Since it was night time I just checked in. However, the room was infested with mosquitoes and I called the front desk (Mr. Argho) and requested for a goodnight liquidator. He sent two liquidators for both rooms. But there was no effect on the mosquitoes. Check the liquidator and found that they have filled it with water, please see the photos. The next day on reporting to the concerned person, they just said we are sorry but nothing was sorted about the room. Moreover, the walls of one room has damp mould bad for health and even the linen was not changed as we found all hair of the previous person, so unhygienic and pathetic. We killed so many mosquitoes and did not get to sleep. Finally, I went to a nearby pharmacy and bought the goodnight liquidator after which the mosquitoes were killed. The management of the hotel should take the necessary steps for the hygiene of the hotel and it was a horrifying experience. Would not recommend this hotel to anyone. Again a very reasonable, comfortable slightly luxurious hotel near mumbai International Airport with pink pepper as their in-house restaurant I found it slightly expensive but they do provide all the basic and few luxury amenities with quite large spread of breakfast (everything so tasty) at an very bery reasonable price Check in and check out was hassle free and instant.
