Pravasi Residency — Hotel in Mumbai

No issues regarding room & it's ambience.Also won't comment about the food. Regarding guest service: it's horrible. Totally unprofessional staff are working in this hotel who don't even care whether a guest has just come from work or has just gone to sleep.they still barge into the room or start ringing door bell continuously till the guest opens the door. Also the elder man probably the manager/owner is also unprofessional. For a mere pending bill settlement of 120/- Rs, please don't forcefully wake up a guest who has just gone to sleep after doing night shift. It can be done in Evening or at some other time of the day. I used this hotel for the day prior to my departure home. On booking in, I found an amusing incident happening at check-in. A guy was there with a lady and wanted a room. She refused them unless they could proof they were married. New rules ...||||I basically needed the room to refresh and relax and as a meeting place for some colleagues in the area.||||Clean and comfortable and what was good was the abundance of eating places within 2-5 minutes walk. Also found a good homeopathic pharmacy close by.||||It was a bit far from the hotel, but as it was close to the local branch school of my karate organisation, it was perfect.||||Didn't have time to explore what else the hotel had, but the outside façade...
