Poptates Vikhroli has always been one of my favorite hangout spots — and a big part of that is because of the incredible service I consistently receive from Sujit. I’ve been visiting this place for a while now, and every single time, Sujit has made the experience memorable. His professionalism, warm attitude, and genuine care for guests truly stand out.

Not only does Sujit ensure smooth and timely service, but he also goes the extra mile to recommend the best food and drink options. And trust me — the food and drinks here are top-tier. Whether you’re in the mood for perfectly cooked starters, loaded mains, or refreshing cocktails, Poptates never disappoints. The flavors are always spot on, the portions are generous, and the presentation is on point.

Sujit’s ability to enhance the dining experience with his calm demeanor and deep knowledge of the menu makes every visit feel special. Being one of the oldest and most consistent staff members, he truly sets a high standard for service and hospitality. He’s already leading from the front — a promotion or leadership role would only be fitting for someone like him.

Went there as I have been craving for sizzler and I am...sorry WAS...a huge fan of the pop rates sizzlers. The service was very nice but the food and drinks disappointed me. Here's what was disappointing: Long Island ice teas were the worst ever...not just the amount of alcohol but were prepared with room temperature cola and big chunks of ice. No mixing...nothing! Tried ordering for wine but apparently they were out of wine Ordered cheese sticks which were surprising cold even though they were deep fried. The cheese inside was a solid block! Ivhave to mention though that the manager was kind enough to change it but I didn't want to risk it The paneer shashlik sizzler had a sweet sauce and tasted, looked suspiciously like the panner makhani sauce. Checked with 3 servers and the manager who tried to tell us that it was paneer shashlik but I don't remember the sauce being sweet the 20 odd years I have had it. By the end of the evening I had my beers and left with a promise to never set foot here again! Would have given 1 star but I gave 1 more for the managers...

Poptates is always my first choice when it comes to having delicious sizzler or a seasoned pizza they have been serving Pizza since long and I find this place hygienic and a delicacy the staff here is very helpful and well dressed they help you select the best dish that suits your taste if you want your taste buds to have a delicious evening trust me this is the right place to go with several options they serve you the best when it comes to the selection of what to have here you will be completely amazed and confused by the variety of options that are available here as there are many pizza and sizzler , sides like nacho and many more but here is the good news the staff here will guide you to the best dish that your taste really would fit into talking about the restrooms they are clean and well maintained it is hygienic and safe to use it. light music is always behind you in the background its the perfect place for birthday party or just a romantic date if you are looking out for enjoy...
