I was very impressed by their sleek and compact design furniture very appropriate for Mumbai homes it looked sturdy and rich .we are very well aware of japanese honesty and quality the staff was good and friendly so we went for their sofa which is very expensive , information online indicated that it was manufactured in Vietnam but when boxes arrived it said made in china I was hugely disappointed, i don't like much of IKEA things because they are mostly made in china stuff no sturdiness wasn't expecting this from Natori ..still i gave them three stars as time can only tell how this sofa will fare .. overall it's hard to trust anyone...

Visited nitori with really high expectations but felt flat after visiting the store. While there are sections like the cookware, curtain section, mattress and bedding section that deserve praise. Some of the products have really innovative designs. The other sections like the bigger furniture sofa, bedding didn't have much variety. Some of the shelves were empty giving it a unkempt vibe. Language is definitely a problem most of the stuff is in japanese which is difficult to understand. Billing was smooth and they even helped us drop my bags to the car which was super helpful.
