Pizza Hut which has been in business since 1958 and has 16796 restaurant chains worldwide.

Going by the original motto of "gather around the good stuff" I was rather disappointed by the services.

The pizza and garlic bread were excellent - that's the reason it gets 2 ⭐

Reasons for disappointment. I have been to various dine in outlets for Pizza hut but never had to pay first, to my surprise was asked to pay first for the food - didn't make sense. The beverage prepared had a vast difference than experienced in other outlets. I agree different outlets can have variances - but slight difference and vast difference are two extremely different things. 3.The Alfredo past sucked ... Again vast variance in the way it was prepared. The waiter was not just in providing his services. He attended to a nearby group of teenagers celebrating a birthday. And was so engrossed that since 10 minutes the table occupied by us was not cleaned. After we had finished our meal there was a staff asking us if we needed fork spoon and knife. The table wasn't arranged, while the food was served we were not provided with napkins, less plates, no spoons or fork. No herbs too.! Would strongly recommend not to visit this Branch at least - I am disappointed and will choose other dine in outlet cz my faith is broken.

The manager needs to start acting as per the responsibility handed.

Moreover they did not have any provisions for kids. No high chairs.

Would recommend families to try out other dine ins who provide much more valued...

The most pathetic place to be in for Pizza. Let me put it pointers for you all. We had gone on Saturday for lunch over here thinking we can avoid the food court crowd and have some good time. But they had something else in surprise for us.

1. We had to wait and call someone to clean the table just like food court. Waiting time 5 minutes.
2. The food took time to come.
3. We got one hair strand in one of the pizza. I called and showed it to them. The senior staff came and checked. She pulled the hair out of the pizza base. Then since my kid had already eaten two piece from the medium size pizza, we told her replacing that will be waste as she will not be able to finish. So she said will pack and give it. So we agreed for small size instead of medium size pizza. We continued eating our pizza.
4. Now the icing on the cake was we got rain inside the outlet. There was an AC leakage. It was dripping for a long time but no body bothered. But suddenly the water started pouring and it was next to our sofa. And the one sitting behind us. Luckily we had finished we packed immediately and left from the outlet. But the family sitting behind was adjusting themselves.

Now after reading all these things you still want to visit this place then please go ahead and waste your money. We are done with this place and never going back to this...
