The Food quality & ambience is quite good to be honest but these positives get easily overshadowed by the lack-lustre service at the Restaurant - Qmin. The order takes like forever to arrive & once it arrives it doesn't arrive all at once. The waiters are not sure whats going on & keep chexking with one another with despair. We had called for 4 Portions of Sabji - Rotis & after waiting for 35 odd mins finally the 2 Portions of Sabji came along with all the Rotis & we were a group of 8 Adult with kids that kept waiting for the other 2 portions to arrive with false promises from the waiters that its coming. I kid you not it took us almost 6-7 reminders to the waiters, Manager to get the remaining 2 portions & then finally it came after another delay of 35-40 mins. One can imagine the state of Rotis by then as well as the mood of half the diners at the table after having to wait for their food for almost an hour. This was very very Frustrating indeed. Adding to the woes the waiters conveniently forget the other previously placed orders of Beverages too & then never arrive.
The laughable thing also is that a simple order of Green salad which has been placed way before the main course arrives at the very end when we are almost on the verge of getting up & moving to another restaurant (after almost 90 mins) Even the Pasta that was ordered around that time came at the very end & understandably so we had to cancel it. The waiters seemed to be clueless when asked & all gave the same templete answer - Aa raha hai sir.
We had gone for my Wife's Birthday dinner with Friends l, however unfortunately it became a frustrating outing with us transferring food tobeqch others plates from whatever we had since the order took forever to come.
I reiterate that the Food quality was quite good & only if they improve their service quality they can become one of the good fine-dine places. Till then i am surely not going back there to be...
Read moreWe recently had the pleasure of dining at Qmin, Ginger, and I must say, it was an outstanding experience! From the moment we walked in, the Manager Sachin and the staffs greeted us with warm smiles and attentive service. Our server(forgot to ask his name, a dark tall handsome guy), in particular, was knowledgeable and friendly, making excellent recommendations and ensuring our plates were always full.
We had taken buffet for 7. The food was simply divine! We savored every bite of the delectable dishes, which were expertly prepared. The flavors were rich and authentic, with a perfect balance of spices. The prices was reasonable.
The ambiance was cozy and inviting, with a modern yet elegant decor. The background music was soft and soothing, creating a relaxing atmosphere.
What truly sets Qmin apart, however, is its exceptional hospitality. The staff went above and beyond to ensure our comfort and satisfaction. It's clear that they take pride in their work and genuinely care about their customers.
In summary, it’s a must-visit for anyone craving delicious food and outstanding service. We can't wait to return and experience it all again!
Kudos to the entire team at Qmin for a fantastic...
Read moreFinding God might be easier than finding a rickshaw or cab in this city — and that’s saying something. After failing the “Transport Olympics,” we ditched our original plan and landed at Qmin, Ginger Goregaon, Mumbai.
The food? Pretty good. We started with mutton kebabs that disappeared faster than my patience in Mumbai traffic, and a comforting soup. Then came the chicken in black pepper sauce in… except it was vegetarian. A little plot twist from the kitchen! To their credit, the waiter swapped it out quickly, though there was still more veg than chicken — perhaps the chicken was playing hide-and-seek.
We paired it with vegetable fried rice, which was solid. And then… the kulfi. Creamy, luscious, and so good it almost made me forget about my rickshaw woes.
Well done, Qmin. You may not fix Mumbai’s transport, but you sure know how to make a...
