Sadguru Cafè — Restaurant in Mumbai

❌ A disgrace to fine dining, Never visiting again! (This is my first negative review since I began writing here)

Unfortunately visited Sadguru Snacks expecting a pleasant dining experience as it has an elegant ambience, but I was disappointed. No doubt that the restaurant has set the atmosphere beautifully, but it is a perfect example that a restaurant needs much more than just good decor to create a positive experience. 'मोठ्या घराचा पोकळ वासा' is saying in my language which perfectly goes for this place. Service orientation is absolutely necessary and it was severely lacking here.

Despite of waiting for 15-20 minutes, not a single server approached me or even acknowledged my presence with a menu card. It is really surprising how a restaurant with such a sophisticated setup could neglect basic service. The servers seemed untrained and completely unaware of how to engage with customers. नुसते फिरत असतात इकडून तिकडून रिकाम-टेकड्या सारखे.

The management must seriously invest in training their staff to handle guests efficiently and understand the fundamentals of the service industry. Ambience alone won’t bring customers back. Guys, don’t be fooled by their decor, the lack of proper service will ruin your experience. Honestly I wouldn't recommend this damn...

Sadguru Snacks is the best place to have snacks and food. It serves South Indian as well as North Indian food. Went there twice for afternoon brunch and was really satisfied with the food quality, quantity and taste. Hygiene is maintained there. And food is also served in short time. There service is really nice and the attending staff are also very polite. The only thing is Tea is served in morning till 12pm only. Apart from that, it was really nice. Visited:12th September 2019 Ordered veg manchow soup and bread butter. The restaurant delays every food you order, not so good with taste, the lights here will make you feel uncomfortable because they have yellowish orange bulbs which makes feel like we are sick or something Waiters are manner less here,no good hygiene is maintained.
