Sattva Veg Restaurant — Restaurant in Mumbai

I ordered Veg Kurma this afternoon on phone. They told me to give delivery within 20 minutes!! Delivery arrived after 45 minutes. Even though my place is within 300 meters away from the restaurant. Delivery boy not carring remaining changed so I have no option except give him all the money in round figure.

When I open my delivery I find only long beans in there nothing else (which was not even cook properly)!! Which don't have any test..

I have to rush to go for work so I kept that delivery in fridge as it is!! After finishing my work I went back to restaurant to let them know about there product. They want me to come back after 8PM because afternoon staff is not there to handle my complaint. Around 8:30 I went back to see there staff at that time he told me I can't help you because this order taken in afternoon & they expect complaint at the same time!! I want him to test the dish & let me know how it is?? Then he started arguments with me saying you kept it in fridge that's why it's get test less..

At the end he told me to give original bill to give replacement of the product. At 1st visit in the evening he don't tell me to get original bill after 8PM so I am not carring bill with me.

They again send me back to get original bill or they're not going give me replacement or refund!! At last I got the original bill & get the refund..

I am not going to visit this place in future that's for sure!! My overall experience at the place is worst then anyone imagined so my rating for this place...

This family restaurant in bylanes behind linking road has seatings in open n in AC section as well.. Ambiance is very ordinary in non ac section with aluminium tables n aluminium chair seatings there but it's decent in AC section were there are cushion seatings which are comfortable .. We were here on Sunday afternoon for lunch we got place to sit after 25 mins wait.. Food we tried here was very ordinary but worst was the service.. Looked like they were short of staff n had hired some random people to serve food n water.. One waiter was so much glued to our talks that he spilled water on table while serving it.. Also main course was served after 45 mins of placing order n several reminders.. Totally not acceptable.. We started with veg crispy n it was nice, tasted yummy n quantity was also good .. We ordered idli chilly n it was okiesh.. It was not that spicy n lacked flavour.. In main course ordered garlic naan with Paneer toofani n one more vegetable (can't recollect name).. While Paneer toofani was decent the other one was totally bland.. Garlic naan was good.. We ended our meal with Dal khichdi n it was good, though bit less salty to my liking, but was best of item I had out here.. Overall my experience was not that great.. Seriously they need to work very hard on...

Beginning with the location it is located on the new link road and you can get all means of connectivity such as public transport and private autos.

Next coming to the food I have had ordered as well as eaten from this restaurant a lot of times. The food tastes nice and these people take care of all the special instructions you give for your order which is a good thing. The best thing about them is the quantity of Food they give. The quantity is so good that 2 people will definitely struggle to finish which is a really good thing.

If you are a paneer lover then definitely try their Paneer kadai. The masala these guys use and the taste it brings to the vegetable is absolutely wonderful. The paneer was also soft and fresh and really of good quality. We had also ordered Nan and it was nice and soft even though it was plain Nan without butter.

Rest the environment and ambiance of the restaurant are good. The food tastes good and you definitely won't be disappointed considering the Quality and quantity of food. Also, the restaurant is...
