To address the issue, I decided to call the Starbucks store, and that's when I had the pleasure of speaking with Rohit. He genuinely understood my concerns and apologized for the inconvenience caused. To make up for the previous order, he kindly offered to send me another cappuccino, this time in the larger size of venti.

Read moreI am a fan of starbucks usually and have visited a whole lot of starbucks around the world. This was the 4th of 5th starbucks I visited, in and around Mumbai, in the last 2 weeks......
...and this one was bad particularly considering the poor service, they provide and their attitude. While me and my wife was waiting for our few Sandwhiches and coffee, (as a designer by profession..) there were hardly anyone else in the shop....(may be one table was occupied). I was amused by the different looking ceiling and art work on the wall and took a photo of those, and the waiter who was passing by came to me, and asked: "why you want to take photo of ceiling" in a rude tone. As I intentionally wanted to reply calmly, I said: "for nothing" and sat back, then he said "you are not allowed to take any photos" ...and he went back to the counter. Though I got irritated, I just left the place after having food without making an issue..but I took photos of my family, my food etc... But to be frank if he had come back to me again with the same attitude, I would have really got upset with them. As a person who runs my own business, I am sure these type of attitude from the staff will definitely affect the business very badly.
The food was good... especially the Almond Croissants..and egg white sandwich. The lady who was serving us had a very pleasant attitude and was talking politely to everyone.....which was good. But as of now I am keeping the stars low... till I visit them on my next visit to Ikea Worli...in the...
