Typically a daily customer (with an average spend of about 600-800 per visit) at this outlet, I have always been welcomed by the team and the housekeeping staff (who are SUPER HELPFUL btw). There's an all-women barista crew in the morning, and men in the evening.

Of late however, I've been seeing increasing reluctance by the women crew to modify my drinks citing multiple reasons such as company policy, unavailability or just "nahin hoga" and "yeh to aise hi hota hai" etc. This would've been okay if it was actually true, but I've asked for the same customisations at other outlets only to be greeted with a smile and no reluctance for anything.

My question here is simple - As a DAILY customer who bills for a certain amount, is it fair to be subject to excuses when I've only asked for basic customizations?

I'm really disappointed with how the women crew put up a face and don't wish to do much when I ask them. Not to forget there is a stark contrast in the evening crew who are an absolutely fun bunch and go to any length to make your experience enjoyable.

Starbucks is one of the most famous and happening cafe and the coffee there is loved by everyone. It offers many varieties of hot and cold beverages. No doubt the coffee and frappes are mind blowing. The added advantage is their mouth watering pastries. The outlet I usually visit is located in Borivali, Devidas lane.

Frame 1: New York cheesecake The pastry was absolutely delicious loaded with cream cheese and had a sweet cookie base. The crust of the cake was made to perfection making it taste marvellous. The pastry was accompanied with marmalade. The drink in the glass is triple mocha frappe which had a perfect blend of coffee and chocolate drizzled with chocolate syrup and topped with whipped cream.

Frame 2: Chocolate chip cheesecake The pastry tasted heavenly and consisted of 3 layers chocolate chip cake, moist butter cake and creamy mousse.
