Time and again, the clients have complained about discounts being offered but at check out these discounts are not applied. Over pricing is another issue that needs redress. "Once again Daily Needs in the spotlight . Today when I bought a packet of sauf from them, the label said. Rs.95 and Daily needs special price Rs85 . When I reached home and was checking the bill , as had purchased a couple of items, I saw that I was billed Rs.95. I brought it to their attention . First he said system issue in billing, then he said that since I paid using sodexo card, same was ineligible for discounts. I argued with him, in this case when you put a sticker outside your stores that you accept Sodexo, you should also specify that discounts are not applicable on same. He said he forgot to mention same. This is the second time I have had this issue and during the first time, i paid cash and was informed system issue when I brought the billing discrepancy to their notice. I believed them. But now it seems to be a modus operandi. Just a word of caution those who shop at Daily needs, please do check your bills properly to avoid being duped....

used to always buy from this market as you get imported items. Usually I would go to the store and pick up but recently I had a very bad experience with them. I ordered a bunch of items which included a box of Ferrero rocher 24 box. I turned and views the expiry date it was close to a month. So I contacted them and told them I cannot accept it. He said it's one moth to the expiry, I said I still can't. They said we will send someone to pick it up. Within 5 mins the guy who delivered the products picked it up. I get a call after sometime saying this isn't the same box they sold me and that it's not the item from their store. They tried to make it seem I scammed them for 800 bucks while I ordered for 3k from them. It really annoyed me and I told them you can keep the money and the box but do not accuse your customers for your poor service and especially something that you did. I really feel now if anyone purchases from them please check what you buy, especially the expiry and details so that you do not...

We had been loyal customers to this place for 3+ years until a recent incident gave me a very BITTER experience.

The same delivery man who delivers 20L of water along with his colleagues back at the shop outright REFUSED and REJECTED the SAME WATER BOTTLE that they delivered to us, pinning BLAME on US saying that we have replaced the bluish tint bottles with some old looking bottles that they have apparently started rejecting.

It was as if you are framing us for the SAME GOODS that YOU DELIVER.

BE CAREFUL if you are buying from here as they will FLIP on the customer.

Not only that, the DELIVERY GUY was EXTRA RUDE barking like I owe him money since 10 years putting FALSE BLAME on US.

It's too bad, just be careful because "Pride goes before destruction, And an haughty spirit before a fall".
