Gupta Bhelpuri — Restaurant in Mumbai

Though the Food they serve is excellent, the service is exactly the opposite.. they've the worst ever attitude towards customer.. especially the guy who prepares the Sev Puri and Bhel, today the guy crossed all limits and went on to use foul language in front of family member and other customers including females, inspite of telling him that I've not used a single bad word he kept on continuing the same thing . Also, I thought the old man would use his wisdom and try to resolve the dispute, instead he added fuel to the fire.

I've been visiting here since quite a long time now. With the experience that I'd today, I'll never visit this place again. They don't know how to respect a human being, let alone respect their customers.

Just one advice to them, it's because of the customers through which you've been into business in this era of Swiggy / Zomato, if you don't respect your customers, no one's ever gonna come to your shop or order from you.

The issue which I'd, got solved, but with this kind of attitude, they'll not stay here for long,...

Gupta Bhel famous for its fast food chat items like Pani Puri, Sev Puri, ragda pattis, dahi Puri, ragda Puri, sandwich and pizza. Have heard this name from friend circle and also having branch at Malad West. I have rating for two Star because the taste was yum but the service was pathetic. The person serving Pani Puri was least bothered of hygiene. He used to serve as well as collect the plates at same time without caring to wash or clean hands before serving. My daughter is small and eats sweet Pani Puri only, I saw the person serving Pani Puri would put the sweet water being collected in plate near the container and served Puri to other people since I was standing nearby and noticed it too late I don't know if he served the same for her. And later after serving us and other people threw the remaining water in bin kept just near by his side. If some one has noticed such thing please share here or is it regular practice than please let me know...

Really nice place, would highly recommend. The staff are friendly and the snacks are great. You can get everything from Pani puri, to dahi papdi chaat to sandwiches here. This place gets quite crowded in the evenings as the entire gujju crowd from Yogi nagar rushes here for their foody fix. The guy making the Pani puri, ragda puri etc takes his own sweet time to make items. If he is already making Pani puris for someone he will not make anything else until he has made all the Pani puris. Which can get quite irritating at times, as you have to wait.
