I ordered subway wrap at home during this unlock period.The subway menu offers a wide range of sub sandwiches,salads and breakfast ideas for every taste.They also have signature wraps. They having variety of options like veg,non veg and egg wraps. I tried 2 wraps 1:- chicken kofta wrap this wrap is healthy grilled loaded with chicken,cheese and different mayonese. In sub way wraps you have option to choose your on toppings you can also add extra ingredients. You can add as per what type of diet you are following. This wrap was filling you can add this to your lunch box. Chicken was very soft .wrap was a speedy supper with plenty of spice that’s low in calories the perfect mid week meal.

2:- Next i ordered veg chatpata chana wrap i like to have this with imli sause. It’s good attempt as far as the taste content is concerned. It was as similar as its name said as chatpatta chana was slightly little tangy with flavours of sause added in it . Flavourful chana base patty will remind you of chatpata chaat flavour. A delicious assortment of green peas, golden corns and crunchy dices of carrots.

I had one of the best customer service experiences at Subway Parel, all thanks to Riza. I was trying to place a Jain order through Zomato, but unfortunately, the app refused to accept it the way I wanted. Just when I was about to give up, Riza stepped in like an absolute angel. 🌸

She patiently listened to all my requirements, understood exactly what I needed, and went out of her way to make sure my order was prepared exactly as per Jain specifications. It wasn’t a small thing for me she not only respected my food preference but also made me feel valued as a customer.

In today’s time, when most people just say “not possible” and move on, Riza showed genuine care, empathy, and a can do attitude. That truly makes her stand out. She handled everything with a smile and ensured I walked away satisfied and happy.

I honestly believe Subway Parel is lucky to have someone as dedicated and kind-hearted as her. People like Riza turn a regular meal into a memorable experience.

My one of the worst experiences in subway today... I've been visiting subway since I was literally 13 years old today I am 20... Freaking 7 years and today I get possibly the worst service I can get perhaps. The place was a mess, the people were more interested in talking rather than making my sandwich, seeing at the conditions I just ordered a veggie Pattie sandwich and it was disgusting, the pattie didn't taste fresh, it was having this funny stale flavour, the sauces were very little, literally it was like I am having two different sandwiches which are combined together one of them is veggie delight with all subway sauces and other is just cheese pattie, even though I could see over 6 workers in the place half of them chit chatting only one guy was making the order, he was making order for swiggy which had not even arrived so basically he made over 5-6 sandwiches and then...
