Disappointed with the Kiki & Oreo Waffle Experience

I recently visited The Belgian Waffle Co. and was eager to try their Kiki & Oreo waffle, given the positive reviews. Unfortunately, my experience was far from satisfactory. The waffle was overcooked to the point of being burnt, making it hard and lacking the expected soft interior. This contrasts with other reviews praising the Kiki & Oreo waffle for its delightful blend of crispness and fluffiness .

Adding to the disappointment, the staff seemed indifferent and unhelpful. Their lack of attentiveness and courtesy made the visit even less enjoyable. While some patrons have highlighted the friendly and cooperative nature of the staff , my experience did not align with these sentiments.

I hope the management takes note of these issues to improve the quality of their offerings and...

Yesterday i went to buy a waffle for my daughter and clearly told the girl on counter that i need a parcel,she stated that we are busy so it will take 25-30 minutes. I paid for take away in advance and waited outside the shop for 40 minutes. After that when i went to coubter the same girl offered me to eat a very soft waffle. I told her that i wanted a parcel for my daughter but she bluntly said extra charges for the same will be required. I agreed to pay but she stated that you should have paid at the time of billing, now its not possible. I stay just 5 minutes away, but by the time i reached home, the icecream melt. Waffle was tasteless. Pathetic seevice . i will never buy and not recommend this...

The three girls don’t have manners to speak with customers …they are busy in gossiping and if customer doesn’t understand something about the offer they were laughing instead of explaining it to the customer . Also they didn’t explain properly about the new happy hour changes instead one of them said “you won’t understand anyways” they don’t have basic manners to even talk properly even if they are talking in Hindi it’s fine but there should be some manner in that too …poor service and they were just gossiping the whole time when the customers were silently sitting but they were disturbing because of...
