The female employees often speak loudly among themselves, engaging in personal conversations instead of attending to customers. There's a noticeable lack of warmth or a welcoming attitude as there is no smile on the face or basic customer service etiquette. It's clear that the team is in serious need of proper training. Additionally, a store manager should be hired to ensure better supervision and efficiency. It's also disappointing that many items are frequently out of stock. Service has down the drain, earlier most people used to drink tea, now they have shifted more to food items which sell more and taste of tea has gone downhill, I would rather go out n drink at a tapri at half the price than drinking...
