Third Wave Coffee — Restaurant in Mumbai

I thought no one can match Starbucks with the experience. But Third Wave Coffee proved me wrong. Same ambience as Starbucks. But additionally here are few points that makes it stand up against Starbucks and similar cafes.

1. Service: Unlike Starbucks where you have to get up multiple times to place and get the order, here simply place your order get a number, keep it on the table and they will serve you on your table. They might even take your order on table if they are free.
2. QUANTITY AND COST: We all know how tall are Starbucks beverages. It's literally a joke to pay 250-300 Rs for a beverage called tall but is actually very small. But here there regular size is as big as Starbucks Venti that too at same or even cheaper rates. I didn't believe it at first but it was alot. Trust me you will definitely find it value for money.
3. Taste: The taste of food & beverages is delicious. You might think that since the quantity is much so there must be compromise on taste. To my suprise the taste was actually very good.
4. Hygiene: They clean every table, every corner consistently so there is no compromise on Hygiene. Washroom is super clean with toilet paper, hand dryer and all the hygienic requirements.
5. Staff: The staff is super amazing. Best and satisfactory service.
6. Offers: There are amazing and crazy offers on the Third Wave App where you can get 100off on your first order. Free beverage on referring. The one that is refered also gets free beverage after first order. Do check the app for crazy offers.
7. WIFI: FREE WIFI FOR GUESTS AND CUSTOMER.
8. I tried and would recommend Tacos, Chipotle Panner Sandwich(Video Attached), Americano Iced Coffee(If you like Bitter Black Coffee), Cold Coffee.
9. Enjoy the experience with some nice music.

• OKAY EVERYTHING IS GOOD BUT THERE IS ALWAYS A SCOPE FOR IMPROVEMENT. Here's where they can improve.

1. The couch where sockets are placed is actually back breaking. The back part should be made so that people can sit comfortably for long hours and meetings.
2. I didn't liked the Hibiscus Iced beverage. So if you haven't tried hibiscus juices somewhere else then don't try it's very bad according to me.
3. Please add more varieties of beverages as it is still very less.

I regularly visit Third Wave Coffee in Runwal Greens, and it has become my go-to spot for its fantastic ambiance and great crowd. The soothing music perfectly complements the vibrant atmosphere, making it an ideal place to relax or work. The service is outstanding, thanks to the incredibly courteous and friendly staff. Jessica and Neha, in particular, always greet you with a warm smile and are very cooperative. Neha’s attentiveness and Jessica’s knack for making every interaction special truly elevate the experience. Vignesh and Amit, the managers, ensure everything runs smoothly, while Chandan keeps the place impeccably clean.

My favorite drinks are the Chamomile Wellness, a calming choice perfect for unwinding, and the rich, robust Americano, ideal for a classic coffee taste. The food is equally impressive, with options like the unique charcoal chicken croissant and the deliciously satisfying chicken tandoori sandwich. What's great is that the food can be customized to suit your preferences, making it both stuffing, filling, and healthy. You won’t need to go anywhere else to satisfy your hunger pangs.

The cafe also offers great discounts if you use their app, adding to its appeal. Whether I’m here for a meeting, working from home, or just spending time alone or with friends, Third Wave Coffee provides a perfect setting. I had an absolutely amazing experience at Third Wave Café in Runwal Greens, Mulund.

A special shoutout to Lavanya and Saniya for delivering exceptional customer service. Lavanya, in particular, took the time to explain the entire pour-over coffee process to me in such a passionate and knowledgeable way. As a coffee enthusiast, I truly appreciated the depth of detail—right from the specific temperature of the water to the timing of each pour. It made the entire experience not just about drinking coffee, but understanding and savoring it.

Saniya was incredibly helpful in helping me select the perfect coffee beans. I ended up picking up two packets thanks to her guidance—and I must say, the quality is outstanding.

Beyond the service, the ambiance of the café is top-notch—clean, classy, and welcoming. The washrooms were hygienic, the lighting and seating are perfect for both casual hangouts and professional meetings, and there’s even great parking space available which makes the experience even smoother.

This is the kind of place where you can comfortably work on your laptop or enjoy a deep, meaningful conversation with someone special. Truly a luxurious and soulful space for coffee lovers.
