Bar Tales — Restaurant in Mumbai

It is a awesome restaurant with fine dining located at a prime area in Runwal Green. Place having a great ambience with tempting bar section. The lights, fixtures and other settings were so perfect that I can sit for hours there and enjoy food.

Went there with my friends for graduation party. As one of my friend suggested this restaurant.

Food was super yummy and awesome. The presentation were to the point. Drinks were super refreshing and temptingm. Let us see what we have ordered :

(A) STARTER

1- PERI PERI PRAWNS (5/5) : Prawns in peri peri served with meyo and salads. Prawns were so soft and perfectly cooked. For me it was a perfect way to start your dining.

2- LAL MIRCH MURGH TIKKA (5/5) : Chicken Tikka was yumm and soft. Chicken was well cooked and juicy. The sed sauce on it was awesome. Served with mint chutney and salads.

3- PANEER TIL TIKKA (5/5) : Tried this dish for the first and I totally loved this dish. Paneer was so soft, juicy from inside. This was served with mind chutey which was adding more taste to the dish.

4- COCKTAIL VADA PAV (5/5) : Small vada pav bites were served with different chutneys and sauces. It was like mini vada-pavs. Its was really awesome and something new. Taste was awesome and presentation was super amazing.

(B) MAIN-COURSE

1- VEG EXOTICA PIZZA (5/5) : Topped with healthy veggies and loads of cheese. Pizza having a medium thick crush with yummy toppings. It was so cheesy and and freshness of veggies were making this a awesome pizza.

2- WHITE SAUCE PENNE PASTA (5/5) : white was sauce pasta is my weakness since childhood. At this place I had one of the good pasta. The white sauce was so cheesy and yumm. The veggies it it was cooked well and the main part which is penne pasta was perfectly cooked.

(C) DRINKS

1- NOVEMBER SEABREEZE (5/5) : This was so tempting and refreshing. Served chilled and the red tempting color was making me drool.

2- COSMOPOLITAN (5/5) : This was alcohol based drink. Tempting and refreshing. You will surely like it.

3- NEW YORK SOUR (5/5) : It was whiskey based drink. As name suggests it was sour and refreshing.

4- TROPICAL PUNCH (5/5) : A thick drinks with strawberry, vanilla ice cream and other fruits in it. It was super tempting and taste was super yummy.

5- THOR - super tempting and refreshing drink. Tanginess was giving kick to the drink. In total it was a best drink to have.

(D) DESSERT

1- ALMOND BRITTLES (5/5) : It was like almond chikki served with chocolate sauce. It was different but awesome. It was served hot and taste preety amazing.

Service was to the point. Food was served at time and piping hot. Total hygiene was maintained. The staff was so co operative and polite.

My Friday night bacame more happening on this week.. The manger, Mr Kedar is one of the most coolest busiest active person, I've ever met. Very helpful and cordial..

Super tasty dishes Live kitchen gives an lovely feeling, while the customers keep themselves busy watching 3 TVs in different corners, playing different channels.. Galuti Lamb Sliders - Cheese, Caramelized Onions ring , tangy sauce served with Bun with lamb patty .. Pecking Chicken Dimsum - very tasty steamed Dimsum. Pepper Wine Chicken- pieces of Chicken tossed with herbs, capsicum n white wine. Super tasty and nicely presented dish. Roast Chicken- Chicken leg roasted with Demiglaze sauce, served with mash potato, sauted veggies. A complete Maincourse dish. Goan Chilly Prawns- Goan style chilly prawns flavoured with coconut goan spicy gravy..

Yummy Desserts Death by Chocolate - one of our favorite dessert, since we both a dark chocolate lovers Almond brittle - An amazing crunchy nutty creation by Chef, soaked in chocolate sauce .

Pink Sauce Penne Pasta - You would have tasted pasta in white sauces, red sauces and even green sauces, but have you ever tried one in an enticing pink sauce? Creamy, tangy and tasty!

Chilly Garlic Cottage Cheese - Cottage cheese chunks coated in a spiced batter, tossed with bell peppers and onion in a chilly sauce

Falafel Hummus with Pita – Savory falafel on a base of tasty hummus and bed of pita bread is a decent munching to start your meal with!

Loaded Fries – Potato wedges topped with lots of mayo isn’t the ideal way to call it loaded fries

Bull Frog LIIT – Highly spirited long island iced tea is the perfect cocktail to start your weekend with!

Almond Brittles – This clever sweet-and-savory brittle gets its unusual flavor from smoked almonds. The texture is light, crisp and almost honeycomb-like.

Constructive Suggestions:

Of 5 desserts in the menu, only 2 were available on that day

Chocolate Syrup spoils the taste of almond brittle

Loaded fries should be loaded with some veggies and fries, not wedges

Drinks are a bit pricey that what the presentation and quality is!
