Third Wave Coffee — Restaurant in Mumbai

The worst ice tea and the worst sandwich I have EVER had. The "passion fruit ice tea" was like a Bertie Botts' flavour bean - you hope to taste passion fruit but it's earwax! Except it also looks like earwax.... they just mix a spoon of a smelly concentrate with tap water. The paneer bun was dry, tasteless, and whatever is inside it is NOT paneer. The lettuce was half rotten. Their chicken sandwich is also dry, I would consider it bad food for a cheap canteen, let alone a cafe trying to be fancy. The tea comes in regular tea bags. The cakes were not fresh, dry, topped with regular cheap cream. Crossaint was dry and flavourless, like a two-day-old plain bread. We did not order coffee, which is their selling point, so that may be okay. You can try it if you want to take your chances with this place, but do yourself a favour and avoid their food items and soft drinks. There are much better places in the area! The service is VERY slow but otherwise the staff are polite. The seating is uncomfortable but the atmosphere is quite nice and they have power outlets if you want to work there.

Overall, quite bad, but the place is pretty and has a lot of potential. I hope they decide to make major improvements in their menu and bring an experienced cafe manager to create a proper menu and throw out the rubbish items they are...

Cafe Visit Last Week...

Order Chicken Tikka Sandwich - 4/5 Bread was soft, juicy chicken. The only thing which i find weird was it was not at all tasted like Chicken Tikka. Bread was not Sandwich bread, its used for Panini so it was more like Panini.

Mango Milkshake - 3.5/5 Quantity was good but it was more like Mango Sugar Syrup

Orange Date Lemonade - 1/5 The worst thing i ever had in my life. It tasted like Sugar water, there was no lemonade because he said lemonade syrup got over. After 3-4 syrups i complained to server, he was polite and humble to change the entire drink but counter person was asking him lot of questions about changing. He came with new one and it was worse too. He served in plain water, not chilled at all and taste was yuck again. This drink had changed my entire opinion about the cafe. You should just eliminate the drink or not served if any ingredient is missing. Awful taste i ever had in my life.

Coffee lovers should definitely try this place Third wave coffee is opened their new outlet in Mahim Mumbai Ambience is pretty cool with calm & good vibes workoholic place with good wifi & helpful staff

What we tried here 👇 Mocha chocochip Frappe:- Was very good & gives you a punch of coffee & cocoa taste in this frappe topped with whipped cream & chocochips it's a must try for sure

La vie en Rose:- This coffee is soo soothing good & topped with dried rose petals presentation was very nice

Tandoori Chicken Sandwich:- You couldn't miss this sandwich the bread was soo fresh,soft & good stuffing of chicken & veggies was perfect very tender & the sauces were fingerlicking good this one's is must try for sure.😍🤤

Herbed Chicken Pizza:- Thin crust pizza which is loaded with some veggies & herbed Chicken, The chicken was soo tender & soft very cheesy & good in taste

Overall it's a good place to chill with your group/you can enjoy your personal place with a good coffee we loved the vibes over here highly...
