Nostalgia at its best! This place hasn't changed & neither have the people running it. They serve the same items along with some add ons that are of good quality. Pricing is a little on the higher side but since the quality is maintained, it's worth it. The elderly gent still treats you like his child and takes interest in the items you buy. He will also serve you chutney and ketchup if you are going to eat at the premises. Hard to find such warmth in people these days!

It's a well known years old bakery shop, they located at Mahim West oposite Mahim railway station, Cake toast are must try from this place... Additionally they can handover you variety of fresh and hot Savoury items like Veg / Chicken Burger, veg/chicken Pattice, Cheese burger, cheese roll, veg rolls, and sandwiches ++ many more to name.... It's a small place with variety items Many varieties of cookies and breads are available too as name suggests it's bakery.... I have seen that old man behind that counter since last 28/30 years and his energy and salesman spirit is as is the whole period... Hats-off to the gr8 man.. Some things never change.... n they sud not. I have been going to Vijai Bakery from my childhood. Holding my dad's hand i have walked to the store many a times. Today i walked in with my son! Nearly 35 years and they still have maintained the best standards of whatever they serve. New dishes added to the menu and quality still maintained. I met the next generation behind the counter too.... and saw the same love and passion for the store. The Chicken Mayo roll is nostalgic. Out of the world!
