I would give them zero rating if that was possible. We got work done from them for 2 apartment worth lakhs of rupees. After 2 years when we wanted some additional work done in our home for which we were WILLING TO PAY TOO, the staff who picked up the call behaved extremely rudely. For the first week they did not even respond to us. And when I kept calling them back to ask them they were replying negatively to every query of ours. They said they don’t have any slots available until Thursday and only 12.30 and 2.30 slot for Thursday. So when I asked them to give me 12.30 then they’re like they can’t give me the timing and that day they will come whenever it’s possible. I think all the other reviews with good ratings are fake. We had such poor experience working with this company. There is a sales person named Avatar who just cares about selling the product, once you buy from them and pay in advance, the Avatar guy completely detaches..then you get to deal with their so called back office team - the designers!! Who don't know ABC of design, they literally streched the image to fit the door without keeping aspect ratio unchanged. When I asked them for aspect ratio of original images, they couldn't even answer. Anyways, once you are done dealing with them, now comes the real kicker - they send guys with prints you had been dying to see it. Guess what - they used poor quality of paper and want to stick the prints on the outside of my shop door!! Please stay away from...
