Pathetic service as once you give money and get falooda you will be asked to leave as they want to lure new customers. I have been going at their Mahim branch since childhood when it was just a small stall with few chairs for people to enjoy falooda and ice cream. Now as they spreading their wings with multiple branches customers are treated badly especially at Mahim where they have some issues with the hotel opposite their shop. Last time I went with my family I literally hated it as after taking money they gave falooda and asked us to go across road and eat outside the hotel opposite to them. We did not realise that time and went opposite side to eat as there were many more people other than us eating falooda so we thought that even that hotel might belong to them but it was that the other hotel started sweeping and throwing dirt and water so that we all move. Thats when I got bit pissef off but nevertheless I assumed its just one off incident and left. Today again when I went with my friends at Mahim than the guy gave us our order and asked to go across road and eat next to that hotel where there was closed garage and dustbin with garbage. I was so much pissed off that do they understand that today whatever they are is because of their customers who should be treated well. I just asked them that will they allow other hotel customers to eat that hotel food in front of this shop? If they have any grudge with opposite hotel than its their problem and DO NOT USE CUSTOMERS. Not sure about their other branches but I will never ever go there and spread the word that DO NOt GO AT THEIR MAHIM SHOP EVER as they have no respect for their customers whose money they use to expand their shop and open additional branches but have no space for customers to relax and enjoy instead they ask you to move away and stand in garbage to finish off extremely overpriced falooda.Its like once you purchase food you are treated like beggars to move from their shop and stand in ridiculous unhygienic garbage...

Pioneer of Falooda in Mumbai and still best falooda serving corner with rich and delicious taste, verities and reasonable price. Place crowded and for order there's queue self service and no sitting arrangement but as compared to taste all worth it. They serve chilled Falooda, Milkshakes, Kulfi, Rabri & Icecream in various combinations and flavors. I bought some falooda here like Mixed Icecream Falooda, Royal Falooda, Chocolate Falooda, Mango Falooda, Baba Double Special Falooda etc.

1. ROYAL FALOODA : Price 100 Rupees, they add rose syrup, kaju kishmish ice-cream, vanilla ice-cream, milk falooda, sabza seeds, sweet and cut almonds are all added to make falooda.

2. MIXED ICECREAM FALOODA : Price 70 Rupees, its a mixture of kaju kismish,  strawberry icecream, milk, falooda, sabza seed. Mostly people like this one alot.

3. MANGO FALOODA : Price 120 Rupees, Mango falooda is made using all the ingredients like mango ice-cream, kaju ice-cream, milk, falooda, sabza seed, sweet toping and mango pulp. The taste of mango falooda was amazing. Their way of serving falooda is very nice and it looks very beautiful. Mango Lover try this falooda at least once.

4. CHOCOLATE FALOODA : Price 120 Rupees, If you are fond of chocolate, you will love chocolate falooda. This falooda uses chocolate syrup, coco chip ice-cream, milk, falooda, sabza seed, sweet topping. The taste of this falooda was unforgettable.

5. BABA DOUBLE SPECIAL FALOODA : Price 180 Rupees, Baba Double Special Falooda is the signature falooda of baba falooda. This falooda is too big for one person to eat but they have kept the option of one by two. In Baba Double Special Falooda, they add kesar pista ice-cream, kaju kishmish ice-cream, kajubadam, falooda, sabza seed, sweet topping, cutting pista are all added to make falooda.
