Tibb's Frankie — Restaurant in Mumbai

Had a worst experience at Tibbs! NEVER EVER going again! I ordered 2 Frankie, as the attendant accepted the order I payed through UPI, a second later she says she doesn't don't have enough ingredients for 2 frankies. I requested a refund of Rs. 578 , & I was promised by the fraudulent owner a full refund within 24HRS. The next day I reminded, he said the refund will be done by next week, And so and so forth he made false promises and no refund was ever made.
