REVIEW FOR ETHNIC TABLE.
Last night, my friends and I had the pleasure of dining at The Ethnic Table, and it was an unforgettable experience! We ordered the non-veg meal, which included an incredible array of dishes like Smoked Pork with Axoni, Pork with Bamboo Shoot, Chicken cooked in Perilla Seeds, Beef Innards, and Beef Skin with Beans. Each dish was a masterpiece, bursting with authentic flavors that showcased the best of tribal cuisine.
What truly set the meal apart was the impeccable execution. Knowing that the owner is a MasterChef competition winner, we had high expectations, but the food still managed to exceed them. The attention to detail and the balance of traditional flavors were nothing short of outstanding.
The traditional touch extended to their serving bowls and plates, which added to the authentic experience and made us feel immersed in the rich culture the restaurant represents.
This is hands down one of the best dining experiences I've had in a long time. The Ethnic Table is a culinary gem, and I will absolutely be visiting again. Highly recommended to anyone looking to enjoy tribal recipes and extraordinary hospitality. A...

I ordered smoked pork with axone thali and relinquish the taste until today. The pork was succulent and flavourful. The thali accompanied daal, boiled veggies, and some spicy dry fish chutney.
Would like to revisit this place on my next trip to Dimapur and recommend it to everyone looking for 'home-style...

Must try: smoked pork with axone, Akibiye (Yam with seasonal greens) and sometimes, if your stars are aligned, you’d get to taste Snails cooked with Perilla seeds. Or seasonals like frogs and silkworms! Worth mentioning are the Raja mircha chutney (king Chilli) and the rice which is cooked with the combo and black rice and...
