I went for shopping and after completing it, I decided to try this outlet as it has been a while since I visited a burger king joint. I went in and waited for my turn to order. When it did came, I was getting a bit confused about choosing. I asked the person taking my order, but he was of no help.
I asked him about the fillings, spiciness density and the cheese type of specific burgers but he didn't give proper response. He told me again and again to look at the menu and get the information myself. I told him I was asking because what I wanted to know wasn't clearly mentioned on the menu. Instead of clearing my doubts, he was just waiving it off again and again while telling me to read the menu again.
I was frustrated, but I was hungry too so I just asked him about the offer, he told me while pointing at the menu again. It was 79 rs for the burger. I ordered one, paid the bill aana waited for it. When it came, i realized it wasn't from the offer I wanted. He either gave me a pricey offer or just removed the offer altogether. I was angry, but I was just tired of that person taking orders. So I just ate what I got. It was just ok in taste, there were almost no veggies, less sauces and tasted dry. The place was clean I'll give it that. But my experience here was quite tiring. I don't know if I'll visit here...
Read moreI went here on my birthday with my girlfriend, spent more than ₹500, and what I got in return was complete insult.
While others around us had neat, proper platters, we were given a broken, shitty-looking platter like garbage. Don’t tell me that was “by mistake”—it was intentional discrimination.
The Burger was trash. Messy, tasteless, thrown together like animal feed.
Domino’s was even worse. They didn’t even bother to ask me properly what I wanted, just shoved a shitty pizza at me with a crust that looked dead and tasteless. No presentation, no care, no respect.
Staff attitude = pathetic. Felt like they look at customers and decide who gets proper service and who doesn’t. If you think you can treat people “poor” because of how they look, let me tell you—I paid the same money as every other customer there.
This place ruined my birthday meal. Absolute scam. Food quality = 0/10, Service = -100/10, Respect = non-existent. If you’re thinking of eating here, don’t waste your money, don’t waste your mood.
To the manager: Fix your staff’s disgusting attitude. Serving broken plates to some customers and good ones to others is not “fast food culture”—it’s insult. I’ll never step in here again, and I’ll make sure everyone around me knows how bad...
Read moreI am writing to express my outrage and disappointment at the appalling behavior of Monali, the manager at the Burger King location I visited. What I witnessed was nothing short of shocking and unacceptable.
Monali demonstrated a blatant disregard for senior citizens, rudely asking them to move tables not once, not twice, but three times. Her reasoning? Simply because she was the manager. This kind of behavior is not only unprofessional, but it's also discriminatory and disrespectful.
As a customer, I expect to be treated with respect and dignity, regardless of my age or position. The fact that Monali felt entitled to treat senior citizens in such a manner is a clear indication of poor management and a lack of empathy.
Burger King, I implore you to take immediate action and address this issue. Monali's behavior is a reflection of your brand, and it's unacceptable. I demand a higher standard of customer service, especially when it comes to treating vulnerable populations like senior citizens.
Until then, I will be taking my business elsewhere and advising others to do the same.
Update: I hope Burger King takes necessary actions to ensure that their customers are treated with respect...
