The place overall is good especially with regard to its location, seating and staff. Location is road front and accessible however parking is limited. It is on the ground floor. The ambience of the place is calm and pleasant. I enjoy spending evenings to work at leisure there. It is a calm in chaos place as it has upbeat surroundings. The coffee is good as always but the food options are not that great. I ordered chicken burger which is an absolutely not recommended as the patty was salty and chewy. Cheese chilli toast is a better choice. They have a separate smoke zone which is good as non-smokers do not have to suffer. Washroom is located at the back of the store and one needs to cross the smoking zone for reaching it. Washroom was clean.

I want to give 0 stars, but its not an option. We have been waiting for an hour and still havent been able to order even though only 4 people are sitting inside the cafe, the barista keeps telling us to come after 2 minutes. When he finally took our order nothing we ordered was available and even the payment of cash wasnt available.
