Aminities - ⭐⭐⭐⭐ No washroom available, neither private areas for baby feeding! They only have a washing sink inside the food court.
Taste - ⭐⭐⭐⭐ No big deal in the taste because it is same all over India infact all over the world, so no special appriciation for that.
Pricing - ⭐⭐⭐ Pricing is a bit high and the main reason is the hidden taxes, i dont know why they dont show the taxes clearly on the menu card, something GST inclusive or exclusive is written, infact hidden somewhere in the menu, you have to search for that.
Service - ⭐⭐ The thing that disappointed me is the ordering process, they should have provided menu cards on each table so that there is no rush near the counter and customer can select their items properly, also, they provide sauce sachets which is really messy! They can provide sauce bottles on each table, i dont know if this is the KFC India policy or something but needs to be improved! Again 3rd point - if you are thinking to drink something, you have to buy yourself packed water, but, they will give water in cups if you ask them which is not at all suitable for drinking!, i mean how can you suppose that a person can finish his meal with a 150ml water glass? That too a hot water glass! Only conclusion is that they dont your satisfaction, all they want is money! They expect you to buy drinks like crushers etc! This might offended several people but this is the truth that needs to be exposed! As a local guide I am satisfied to share this reality!
Location - ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Located very near to centre of nagpur inside the eternity mall, which is easily resoursable for people.
Overall - ⭐⭐⭐ Personal comment - I am not talking particularly about KFC nagpur, it includes KFC's all over the country that needs major improvement in several sectors, the thing is people enjoy their meals and have nothing to do with such problems that other people face! My appeal to everyone is that, spread the service/problems faced by you whenever you visit multinational company food chains! Lastly, they will ask if you want to donate Rs. 5/- for feeding poor people, now, the thing is that - the owner of KFC - Kentucky's fried chicken has about $ 7.4 billion net worth and and still they want us to donate 5 rupees for feeding poor children! No sense in this, please think over it before you donate in such...
Read moreThe food is good, of course. It's KFC. But the staff and the experience was bad. First thing, they have screens to order and pay for faster buying, but those had issues. One of them wasn't connected to the Internet and we weren't told until we had completed the order and we couldn't pay, at which point the staff, which was close by and had watched us do the entire order, said to use the other screen. Even that had issues, as we saw other customers having payment issues, and the restaurant won't accept upi payments unless we use these screens. After paying via cash, we had to wait nearly half an hour for our order. Even that was confusing as the staff called 3 or 4 people at once and didn't specify which one was whose. And then they gave us a torn paper bag, and we had to pay more for another bag to put that in. It is a lot more convenient to order online rather than come here and...
Read moreI've been a huge KFC fan for more than 8 years. I used to eat here a lot during my college time. Now idk if they've changed the manager but with the new manager the service has been degraded.
The manager is very rude and the staff is very slow in cleaning the table. You need to go and tell them to clean the table. Even the manager will ignore you when you go and ask for anything just like he's the only busy person on the planet 🤪
Coming to the food. I always try a big 8 bucket. It was not hot and the crispy chicken was very soggy. Even it was the same case with fries. They serve soggy and cold food. 👎👎
I DON'T recommend this place at all due to their ignorance towards the customers. 👎👎👎👎👎
Better go to Mate Square KFC if you want to have a good KFC experience. There the manager will itself interfere if there are any issues with...
